Just moved to a new place and wanted 20th Century was recommended to me for heating and AC maintenance. I wanted to have the system tuned to before the summer heat hit, so I opted for their annual maintenance plan. Daniel showed up and immediately got to work. He gave the AC system a good tune up and is running much quieter now. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy about upselling. He coached me on my system and gave good recommendations to keep the system healthy. Definitely made the right choice with 20th Century and look forward to having them out for a winter tune up.
I have been using 20th Century Air for the last few years to help service my A/C system. Each time they are always so helpful and willing to come at short notice. Last year, during a pretty hardcore heatwave, our condenser went out and they were so quick to help resolve our issues and were able to get us back into cool air super quickly. From efficiently scheduling our appointments to fantastic service, 20th Century is great all around.
Ryan at 20th Century Air was amazing! I had water coming out of my outside line, and he was able to diagnose the issue, and clear the line. My appointments are easy to make and I always get a call back within 5 minutes of contacting them. I will continue to use 20th Century Air for all of AC and hearings needs. Ten out of ten stars! We were thinking about getting a multi zone mini split AC system installed before the summer so we reached out to a few companies and Ryan from 20th Century Air came to our house for a thorough estimate within a day or two. We received the pricing within a few hours and it was very competitive so we ended up going with 20th Century Air over a few competing bids. We scheduled the installation for the next week and Robert, the point person for the job, and his crew completed the 4-zone system installation in less than two days. The installation looks very clean and the indoor heads are less obtrusive than I thought they would be. 20th Century Air also handled the permitting process and they were careful to ensure that the work is up to code for our city (Long Beach). The mini split system has been working great and just passed inspection by the city with no issues so we couldn't be happier with our experience with 20th Century Air!

Engaged 20th Century Air to perform our annual maintenance for both systems. Daniel was the technician who came out and he was exceptional in reviewing in advance what was to be performed. In fact this was his 2nd time to our home since on the initial visit it was not hot enough outside to actually do the diagnostic testing. So appreciated that Chris and Julie in their office were able to reschedule and "watch the weather" to schedule at the perfect time! Indeed, 20th Century underscores what it means to be "customer service focused and client responsive." Hats off to all the team members who execute at such a high level, especially during these times where companies pay more lip service rather than actually being "client-centric," and 20th Century Air actually delivers!...
EXCELLENT - I shopped around for awhile to replace my HVAC and ducting. Got various bids. My neighbor introduced 20th Century Air to me who installed new system for him last year. He told me he also shopped around and got the best prices with superb job. They were so professional and knowledgeable and best price ever. I am referring so many of my friends and am getting the message across to everyone. PLEASE call them and they work with you on the price with great job.
20th Century Air is very good company and very professional. We email them at 6 pm request for add Freon AC , they response very quick and set appointment for next day. They gave us the breakdown of service fee and how much estimate cost . The technician, Juan that come to check our AC and found out only the breaker is off and don’t need Freon charging. He is very honest , professional, knowledgeable and friendly . Thanks to Juan that performed a fantastic work and also to all staff of 20th Century that doing a good service . We will use 20th Century Air again for our needed in the future . We highly recommend 20th Century Air to everybody . Riana .
Daniel Pop is the man. He explained everything I need to know about the AC with his honest opinion. Very polite and fun to talk to. I will highly recommend this place if you want to get the job done right. He knows his stuff.

20th Century Air was responsive to texts and calls, and very professional. Both Julie and Chris responded quickly to my texts and voicemails. Daniel came out and very helpful. When the repairs I paid for did not fix my problem, he came back and did additional repairs for free. I would call them again for future heating and air repairs. Thank you!

Ryan is incredible. He is the only person/company that I allow to work on my house and I am super, super picky. He has worked on many homes for me. I completely trust him and have for many years now. He's like family. He's truly amazing!

Our A/C went out during the triple digit heatwave. They were able to come out the same day! They communicated the problem well and got our air back up and running. They also made some adjustments to cool the house better. They replaced our filter for free and you cannot beat the price. They were honest and didn’t try to upsell us on any parts or service we didn’t need. Highly recommend 20th century!!
We had an issue with our heater not working, made a call to Ryan Hall who was very professional and friendly. Thankfully they were able to get to us same day and get our heater working! Needless to say, the wife and kids are happy we don’t have to wear jackets inside now! Thanks again Ryan
My AC went out a month after I had another company come out to fix it. Decided to give someone else a shot. I decided to give 20th a call and they showed up about an hour after I called. Got right up on the roof, diagnosed the issue, and had me up and running quickly. He even took the time to explain how the system works and what to look for in the future. Can't recommend this company enough! They'll be my first call if I ever have HVAC problems in the future.
