These guys are great! They were punctual and responsive. Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning spent the time troubleshooting our furnace until he saw the correct fix and explained his findings. Would definitely use them again!
I'm very pleased I called Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning since I've had multiple bad experiences with other HVAC people in the past so it's great finding someone I can trust.
Flash forward a couple of days and our thermostat and AC stopped working again (completely unrelated to his initial visit). I had a terrible electrician come to look at it which made the situation worse. I reached out to Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning because he was so knowledgeable and he instantly had me texting him pictures and was trying to help me work through the issue. We were not able to solve the issue over the phone and he insisted on coming to look at it in person. He found the issue, fixed it and did not charge me for the subsequent visit. He is a true professional and I will continue to use him whenever an issue arises. I wish that I could give him 10 stars.
Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning is a nice guy. He came over on a short notice since I needed HVAC system asap. He provided a verbal quote and educated me on things about HVAC in general. Price was competitive but not enough for us considering the warranty and credit card fee charge and along with the system availability..
We had a fantastic experience with Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning. Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning came out and gave us a very thorough analysis of our current heating and air config, which had been dead for several weeks. He mentioned all the issues to be considered for a new system, with the pros and cons of each. We followed through with him and he installed a Lennox system for us, with better energy efficiency and power than we had before. When he discovered our wiring was so old it was not thick enough to support the system we got, he had a contact that enabled us to rewire the same day and get up to code. We are very happy with our system and look forward to using Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning for all our maintenance going forward. I highly recommend this company.
Needed a new HVAC system as the one in our condo was failing. Got a quote from several businesses in the area and Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning was the most competitive. This was last year in 2022. Not only did they provide the best price they did excellent work. They do not try to oversell you a system you wouldn't need. Their workers who did the install were fantastic. The new system has been perfect throughout the summer and the cold months. I will 100% call them in the future for any work I need done

I am absolutely satisfied with the 5 stars service Anthony and Creative Climate have provided. They are professional, dedicated, on time and 100% responsible for their job quality. The best is that their price is actually 15% less than the other quotes (same AC, furnace and installation). Great job!!! I would recommend them full heartedly!
