My technician Jordan, called ahead to let me know his ETA, arrived early and waited outside until our appointment time (I saw him on my security camera). Action Duct did such a thorough, professional job of cleaning my dryer duct and replacing part of the duct that a mouse had chewn. This saved me from having to buy a new dryer. It barely functioned before - taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Now it works like new. It was incredibly illuminating to see what came out of the ducts, including even a mouse skeleton - yuck. But so happy that everything is clean and working so well! It took 24 feet of hose to clean it, winding through tons of turns. Action Duct also discovered that the part of the duct that was supposed to be inserted into the hole in the outer wall of the house wasn't even inserted. It had been duct taped to hold it up, with a 2" gap between the end of the duct and the outer wall. Claudio (awesome Action Duct person who did the work) fixed that for us too. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I couldn't be happier!

Here is my dealings with this company. I called to make an appointment last Tuesday for service and spoke to Jesse since Jennifer wasn’t in..he said he would call me to confirm by Saturday 8/8 for Monday/Tuesday only because I said I work from home on Tuesday’s so I called because I need to work at my job location tomorrow (Tuesday) needless to say I called this morning to get confirmation and he said he totally forgot..that’s unacceptable that just means he totally dismissed my request for this Monday period. Totally disappointed since I was referred to this company by my place of employment. He had a lot of nerve telling me not to get upset after he told me he totally forget I told him i would just find another company he said “just find another company and hung up. Just wow..this speaks volumes of this guy and this company.

Never showed up to scheduled appointment. Did not call to cancel.

This company is very efficient . Very clean in doing their work. When they completed their job every place they had worked was vacuumed and left as clean as when they came in. I would high recommend this duct cleaning company.

As an Engineering/Maintenance professional, I deal with Action Duct to perform critical cleaning of the oven duct work and critical exhaust fans in our bakery facility. They clean our oven racks and perform other bakery cleaning tasks. They are always very professional and do a great job. They clean up after themselves very well which is critical to a GMP compliance facility.

I called 3 times to set up appt. I was told all 3 times someone would call back to schedule. No one ever called. Very disappointed with this company. I never wrote reviews but I thought this was very poor for a 5 star company.

I hired action to clean our kitchen exhaust because the cafe down the street had a fire due to grease build up and it catching on fire. I don't know how they got it to be so clean but they got it done !. I will have them come at least once per month. I know I can do it my self but after a long hours I sometimes forget. They gave me an awesome deal to. Good WORK !!

Action came out to our apartment building and did an amazing job. With the heat at it's highest in Los Angeles our tenants were complaining about the AC not cooling. We had another company come out and they wanted to completely upgrade our HVAC which was going to cost over $20k When we contacted Action they suggested we have a thorough cleaning and inspection, they did the job and you can definitely feel the difference. I would recommend any one that manages an apartment or has rental properties to have there system checked and cleaned, this could have easily been a devastating situation for me and our tenants. THANK YOU !!!
