Milad moved our gigantic condenser unit out of a garden Courtyard around the corner wth the trash cans where no one would see it. They were professional, pleasant to work with, abd very importantly, did the job perfectly at a fraction of what some others wanted to charge us. In fact, even though Millad had some of the highest reviews of anyone we talked to his price was a lot better. Highly highly recommended.

We had just started a major renovation and our previous HVAC / Mechanical subcontractor has really left us hanging. I found Milad and got reasonable estimate. He immediately got to work with a great sense of urgency and attention to detail. We never heard him and his team make excuses no matter the job. They took care of us and we were lucky to call them over for several other HVAC jobs. We’re very happy with the service and quality!

Milad was great to work with. He was very quick to respond and the prices he gave were very reasonable. He communicated everything that needed to be done so there were no surprises. All the items he worked on are working better than ever. He worked on my commercial freezer and within a day it is brand new again. I highly recommend and will use him for any other services I might need in the future.
