This is our third year of having ACI to help us maintain our water heater. We always had great experience so we called them every year for our annual water heater maintenance. This year, we had Matya help us. He provided additional great advise for our HVAC maintenance tips and help us clean our HVAC system. Really glade we can have ACI as our go to for what we need regarding HVAC.

Amazing service. My Rheem water heater went out and no amount of tinkering would bring it back to life. Giving up, I called Rheem's service dept and they assigned Air Care to come and have a look. Sure glad their warranty is rock solid. What was even better and totally unexpected was that Maty the tech knew inside is 5 minutes what the problem was. Wow. So thoroughly impressed. Guys like him with years of experience under their belt have this sixth sense about troubleshooting. Don't waste no time. I'm a happy camper and would gladly refer Maty for any water heater work!
My water croaked after 11 months but ACI honored the Rheem warranty and showed up both times, even early. Matthew drove me to Home Depot, where we changed the water heater and returned to my home with the new one. Matthew examined the space around the water heater and pointed out the old venting system. I immediately agreed to have it changed. Matthew was professional, timely and knowledgeable about everything I asked. The water heater was installed in no time and was producing hot water 45 minutes later just as Matthew had predicted.
The ac technician was professional didn’t try to sale anything it was only fuse and he cover it under service call fee, grate air conditioning company highly recommend.
It's very refreshing to find a company you can trust and rely on. Mati the ac technician came out today on to help fix our AC unit. He was on time, nice and knowledgeable. I'll defiantly reach out to this family business for any future AC help!

Our water heater failed over a holiday and ACI responded the first working day following. I spoke with Ivon and she was back with an appointment in 30 minutes. Maty Avidan was the tech that serviced the call and was great! He was very professional, cordial, and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and how soon we would be back on line. Based on the great support provided by Ivon and Maty, ACI will be my first choice for water heater and HVAC needs. I will highly recommend ACI to my friends.
Maty and Rudy were amazing! Installed my water heater on Christmas Eve! Thank you Maty and Rudy! Marty was amazing. Shows up to my house on Christmas Eve, after being without hot water for 5 days and he tells me “you will have hot water today.” Fantastic. He helped me get the warranty exchange at Home Depot, when Home Depot tried to tell us that they wouldn’t take it back; he tells me “don’t worry we just leave it here. You will have hot water today.” Home Depot does take it back. Gets the exchange and install done for me and then Rudy came all the way out from Alta Dena to Camarillo at 330pm on Christmas Eve to finish the install soldering the pipes. We had hot water that day. Amazing.
We called ACI when our water heater gave out after 4 years. They were quick to respond and helped us through the warranty process even though it was a weekend. Both the administrative and service staff were friendly, professional and timely. Their labor prices were the best in value compared to other local businesses. We're definitely going to call on them again for all our residential heating and cooling needs. I would recommend their business to anyone in search of their services.
Maty showed up on time and fixed our water heater issue very quickly. He was the 4th person we had to call. Two never showed. One showed and tried to say we needed a new one. After he put out the pilot light. Then wanted to charge us 3,610 for the new one because it would never light again?? This is BS of course. Everything this guy said from the “smell good plumbing company” was a lie. Even tried to lie about how old my heater was and i had to correct him. I’m not exaggerating. I never leave reviews. I found ACI through the #Rheem website so good go for them too. Thanks Maty!
No hot water my RHEEM water heater chamber sensor, I called manufacturer they said 4 days...I found ACI Services on Rheem website called them they had the part and I was back with hot water same they, reliable and professionals, thanks.
