HVAC system breakdowns on cold Friday night are no fun. Temperature pro was very responsive and took care of issue 1st thing on Saturday morning 9 am. Technicians were knowledgeable and to the point. They advised us with best practices to avoid problems in future.Simply the best service in North West Arkansas. Very responsive and professional. I will recommend temperature pro to anyone any day.
Their service tech Jeff came out and installed a new unit in my house. Within the first week I had issues with it not working. Jeff continually ghosted me and refused to honor the 1 year service agreement. I have now spent more money fixing this brand new unit than I did the installation due to shoddy work. Now the heater doesn’t work and I’m having to once again spend money to repair my new system.
Fast response! Fixed our AC within three hours of Monday morning call. JD is a straight shooter and provides excellent service! Highly recommend!

Jeff absolutely bent over BACKWARDS to try to help us with an emergency situation and even though his company ended up not having the tools to help us with our (weird) ductwork, he was excellent the whole way through. VERY kind and patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and will do work on a double-wide! One of his employees had an emergency but he made sure we were taken care of (after he took care of them of course). He deserves every 5-star review he has. We'll be calling him back to service our AC before the hot season.

Jeff communicated very well and was on time for the appointment. I received a text message to confirm the day and time. Picture was sent so I could identify him easily. Once arrived, he was professional and courteous. He worked in a timely manner keeping me updated on the progress. I was very impressed and thankful for Jeff's service.
Jeff responded to our service request within hours of our call and quickly diagnosed the issues we had with our furnace. He was quick with a solution and completely overhauled and replaced our furnace the next day at a fair price. Jeff and Temperature Pro will be getting all of my HVAC/Heat Pump/Furnace business from now on. Excellent customer service and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Technician came out and fixed our gas fireplace. The fireplace has been working great since and the tech was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. Price was very reasonable.
