A/C service and repair recommendation. Phipps Heating and Cooling Services. Yesterday afternoon our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I looked for reviews on the Nine Mile Falls Facebook pages and saw some good ones about Phipps. I texted the provided number and received a reply early this morning stating he would be able to come by sometime today. Mr. Phipps came by at approximately 1:30pm and quickly diagnosed the issue. Within a half hour he had replaced the condenser and checked the system. The cold air began to blow almost immediately. The cost of the parts, labor, and same day service was extremely reasonable and appreciated. I cannot recommend Phipps Heating and Cooling Services any more highly than I do for his honesty, professionalism, and expertise in his field. 👍🏼✨

My furnace was not working on the coldest day of the year. I called Phipps. Chris immediately called me back. 30 minutes later he sent Cleo, who was awesome! Everything was working before 10am, and was reasonably priced!! What a friendly efficient crew! I highly recommend Phipps and will definitely call again next time. Thanks guys!
My outside AC unit suddenly started shrieking at 7:10am on a Wednesday. Called Phipps at 7:20, spoke to Chris who said all hands were out on other repair calls but I'd be on the waiting list. Elmo arrived just after noon. About an hour later he finished replacing the compressor motor and capacitor, and had checked refrigerant level and given the beast a nice bath. So it was barely 6 hours from the time I placed my call to when I wrote the check, which is hands down the fastest "appliance" repair I have ever experienced. I also appreciate that Elmo offered to repair the broken motor ($500+) rather than telling me I needed to replace the entire outdoor unit ($3000+). I highly recommend this company. Their focus is on honest, trustworthy customer service, not making you replace an expensive unit prematurely or filling your mailbox (or the airwaves) with slick "promotions" like some HVAC companies do.

Wow! Such a great experience with Phipps Heating and Cooling. We had an A/C emergency that involved a constant stream of water flowing into our garage from the ceiling. Mr. Phipps had a tech over here immediately, who went above and beyond to solve our problem and save our house from inevitable damage. If you're looking for a dependable HVAC company, look no further. You found one. Thanks again guys!
We have used Phipps Heating and Cooling for many years. Chris and his employees have provided outstanding service. We have three AC and three furnaces and we have always been satisfied with the services provided. We highly recommend Chris and his fellow employees.
Excellent service. I would call Phipps first. I was without heat for 2 days after calling another place that wasn't able to resolve the problem. Took Phipps less than an hour to fix. Good people.
They came out that's very next morning take care of the problem. Fast efficient and friendly! I highly recommend them.

A/C went out on a Sunday evening. I called Phipps and he came right out. Very professional and respectful. He went above to beyond to fix our air and didn't just say 'new unit' when that would have been easier. I recommend Phipps to anyone.
We purchased a house that was 5 years old and had a different HAVC company come out several times but the problem was not fixed. We called one of the Larger HAVC to come look at the problem and the cost was prohibited. We called Chris Phipps, he came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a cost we could afford. His service was excellent. He was very professional and completed the work during the time expected. I definitely will continue to use his services.
Chris Phipps is a professional and he is time efficient! He has an abundance of knowledge and experience that showed when he fixed our unit! If you are tired of the norm, I would recommend Phipps Heating and Air for all your heating and air needs. He also fixed our garbage disposal, water heater, and septic. He can do it all folks!
