We have always been happy with our service from Pashcal but their technician, Harley, was awesome! In and out in record time. Very personable and dog friendly. He took the time to let the dogs get to know him and made a very good impression on, not only our dogs, but also with my husband and I. Finding good service people can be tough, but Pashcal is obviously doing something right!
Got same day service for a water heater issue. David was super friendly and informative. Called at 8:30 am, he was done by 1:00 in the afternoon.
The team was great!!! Gavin and Cecil in the service department did a great job inspecting the system and providing the initial servicing requester. After recommending a new system, Casey came out within 48 hours to give us a quote and go over our options. Friday we signed for everything and by Monday the installation team was put. Yaree and Miguel were great and made sure everything was up and running before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their HVAC system serviced and/or replaced.
Alex was really helpful and patient. He walked me step-by-step through what needs to be done and why, and then got our air going again in the 100 degree heat. Thank you!
Paschal's replaced all the drain pipes under our 100 year old house, in one day. It was a two day job, rather than inconvenience us they sent two crews. Everyone who came out was kind, respectful, and professional. They provide Chick-fil-A quality customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Caleb and Marvin were the two I talked with most, both very professional and respectful!

Have been using Paschal for 3 years for HVAC, plumbing, and electric. The provide a fine service. They've provided good maintenance of the HVAC, and have solved electrical and plumbing problems. Very informative, friendly, and on time. I never feel like they're trying to sell me something I don't need. I'm satisfied and highly recommend them.
Been a customer for a couple years for HVAC maintenance, was always great. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Even the schedulers were prompt and professional. Been trying to schedule a HVAC cleaning and the one person at the company that does that will not speak to me. I’ve been trying for three weeks. I canceled my next maintenance appointment and will find a new company.

Robert arrived even earlier than expected. Diagnosed the problems and made sure that I understood. He then set about installing a new capacitor. Also gave me the information to have some call me and make an appointment to give us an estimate on a new system. A very informative and efficient man.
The technician was excellent, the cancellation and inability of the office was defective. I asked to speak with the manager several times, I finally received a call from her after I asked the owner to call me. Still haven’t heard from him, doubt I will.

initial call was answered and scheduled a service within a few days when my home ac failed. after inspection discovered unit was 23 years old an lost 3lb of freon. decided a new system was needed(old system was recharged and working but i didn't want it to fail again with the expected hot temps) and scheduled an estimate. that was also done quickly (within 24 hours). decided to finance the system and Kory was very helpful with finding financing and picking a suitable system. then came install day just a few days later Tanner and Tyler (T-n-T) called to say they were on their way and showed up on time ready to work. once they got the old heater and ac taken apart they inspected the new system parts and measured to make sure it was correct and would fit. found out the ac coils were incorrect and called for the correct to be delivered while they worked on other stuff. finally the correct part showed up and they got it installed and made sure it all worked correctly before they left it was a long day for them but they had good attitudes and good work ethic so they got it all done correctly..Tanner and Tyler are T-n-T they were dynamite!!
We called in the middle of a hot Jun but just needed to make sure our air conditioner was working well since we were having about 30 people for the July 4th weekend. They came right away and even had a coupon for us!!
Our repair man was very knowledgeable and was able to listen and solve a complicated issue during his visit. We are very thankful for his help!
I used them for a plumbing issue. I called a local small business first, but my first 2 calls were sent to voicemail, so I looked elsewhere. I am happy I chose to go with Paschal. A live person answered immediately and she was friendly and quite helpful (Lauren, I think). I liked getting real-time updates on my service person so I knew exactly when to expect their arrival. I also appreciated that they offered Saturday service! Caleb was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done well for a reasonable price. I recommend them and will use them in the future.

What s limited survey. Split was installed after waiting several hours for tools and parts. What should have been a much shorter install trim ALL day because the company doesn't actually supply the proper tools and all the kids needed to make the install go smoothly. Lost pathway lights and plants because of neglect. Still awaiting the accolades of super cooling for a $9000.00 unit. Salesman blew smoke an1010d installer's suffered behind his promises. We have used Paschal's exclusively for at least the past 10 years. But, without recompense, we will be using another company. This speaks volumes about poor management. All this should have been in place when the install was scheduled, It's early in the season. This should not have happened. We were stuck ALL DAY because they didn't have it together. I'm rethinking the further use of this company.
