Great Honest company.
First time customer, and I have to say that I'm really impressed! Air-conditioner stopped working last night, with a predicted high of 92 degrees today. The Osage crew were fabulous at every point of contact, from scheduling the appointment, to the text updates, to the completion of the repairs. They were at the house within hours of my calling and had the system back up and running by mid afternoon. Excellent communication and service. Highly recommend their business!

Tried getting all the weeds away from my AC unit and totally chopped a cord in half. I called Osage and they were at our house within 2 hours. Our technician was super friendly, respectful and kind. It was easily the best emergency repair we've ever experienced. They made a customer for life tonight. Highly recommend this company!
Well the service man arrived, changed a part, charged me 375 dollars and 5 minutes after he left the A/C stopped working again! So I paid 375 dollars for nothing. Disappointed to say the least.

Jake (owner) and Wyatt showed up Friday afternoon late to help me determine and confirm my issues and how to go forward. They were pleasant and inspected my AC and furance in a timely manner. They provided a short answer and provided a long term plan if I choose to go that route. They are a small Family run business with old school customer service. If you are looking for options in the HVAC world, consider Osage.

The good: friendly during initial visit. Why I gave a 1 rating: they came out for service, they found what they believe is the problem. However, after nearly 3 months and 3 phone calls, I don't even have a quote to fix the problem and, obviously, still have the problem. Unfortunately, I will have to start over with a different company. Not sure how they have such a high rating. Maybe they have their friends and families writing all the reviews. Update based on owner response. Thank you for the response. However, I think you either have the wrong person or wrong information. I was never given a quote to fix the problem after 3 months and 3 phone calls. Therefore could have and would have never asked for the bare minimum since I was never given any options to begin with. The problem was fixed easily by someone else within days of my call.
