I'm extremely happy with the service, the man power who installed my new heat and air system. They were very nice to work with and very efficient. Could not be happier.
If your AC goes out, I’d call Clayburn first. Don’t waste your time leaving messages with other people - especially in an emergency situation. We called at 7pm and he was out before 8 to help us. He educated me through everything and I was able to observe as he did specific tests. He clearly identified the problem and had it fixed within minutes. I’m sure he has 1000+ five star Google reviews lingering out there, but they never got around to leaving one. That’s why I made it a point to post mine. Sincerely… thank you.
Our air conditioner went out on a Friday afternoon during 100 degree weather. After getting turned down from several HVAC companies, Clayburn HVAC was happy to come out and fix our air conditioner within TWO HOURS of calling them, amazing. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family, 10/10!

Terry went above and beyond to get my outside unit running again. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to see if it was still under warranty. Also he will work with you on the price and has great customer service. He will be the only one I will be calling to fix any of my heating and air problems.
Got off work and waited for them. They Didn't show up for the appointment. Called them. They said, "Sorry, we got another job. We'll set you up another appointment". They never did. I thought, okay let's give this one more try. Emailed requesting another appointment. They never responded.
When our 20 year old combined unit kicked the bucket, we got replacement estimates from several places. Clayburn was a great price; they are local; and they responded promptly. Also, they are nice people to work with.
I highly recommend this place. When our furnace started shaking last year and making the whole house rattle, we called around to get price comparisons, and we found that Clayburn would help us for the most affordable price. They arrived on time, did a good job in a timely manner, and were very affordable. Now a year later, our elderly air conditioning system is having trouble. I called Clayburn and Mr Terry himself, the owner, showed up at my house 30 minutes later and provided a free fix that got the air condition going again!
Sadly our experience was not very good. I’ll give them that they come out when they say and seem friendly. However the person we got didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. They changed our compressor out but didn’t fully clean it out properly that it ended up costing us our whole unit. We lost trust in them when we called them out for it still not working correctly and them blowing it off saying it’s because we have a lot of windows and doors being left open from kids. That everything was working well. Turns out it wasn’t because we had two different companies come out and they both said the same thing. We had to get a second compressor if we chose that route but that it still didn’t guarantee that it would work. Both guys said that the best bet was to get a whole new unit which is what we did. We really are very disappointed that we had to pay a lot for our old unit only to have it broken from a mistake that was made and that cost us even more money.
This is a great company with knowledgeable and honest technicians. They will work diligently to troubleshoot problems and make repairs. They have saved me from purchasing a new unit twice! Great people, great customer service and honest hard work.
Terry was right there when some others said they might be there. Great service repaired my problem on Sat. even though I only called Sat morning!! Will call again if/when needed!! Thanks Terry
I called Clayburn HVAC because my unit suddenly stopped working. It was after 5 pm and I had no hopes of reaching a real person. Boy was I surprised when Terry Clayburn picked up. Less than an hour later, he was at my house. He had my unit running again in 15 minutes! Reasonably priced AND great service!
Thank you for your wonderful service and advice on my furnace !!!! Todd was here in a flash and stayed to make sure the furnace was going to keep working . Can't say enough good things about this company !!!!
