Our AC units were not giving us enough (or sometimes any!) cool air. We reached out to Armor Heating & Air and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. Our technician, Bryant, was great! He explained everything that he was doing. He was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and was able to diagnose our issues. Very personable and professional. Both units are now working great and it’s 72° in my living room. I HIGHLY recommend Armor!
Responded within 4 hours to fix A/C unit. Can't ask for better response on 6 July when most other heating and air services are quoting days or not even giving an estimated date/time. Very knowledgeable representative who was able to provide answers to all my questions and also provided a cost estimate for a new HVAC System. Our present system is seventeen plus years old. Thank you for your quick response and for your very knowledgeable service person.

We were having issues with our A/C system not cooling efficiently and our experience with Armor Heating and Air was excellent. Jose came out in a timely manner, was courteous, and professional. He explained things about the system and the problems we were having in a way that made sense, offered multiple solutions, and gave us fair quotes for the repair. Would definitely recommend Jose and Armor Heating and Air for any cooling needs.
They did a wonderful job. They responded to our need during the holiday when we had lots of trouble finding someone who would. Cade (the technician) did a great job. He was friendly and professional.
Cade was amazing in getting my AC to cool again, he was very courteous and professional. Cade also gave me tips for taking care of my system in the future. I will be using Armor Heating again, their customer service is GREAT
They made it out same day and got my ac going. Even took the time to go to another town to get the parts.
Cade was our after-hours technician. My son-in law and daughter brought their brand new baby came home from the hospital only to find that their AC was not keeping up with demand. Cade came promptly, never acted like he was in a hurry or that he had better places to be on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. And he didn’t just stick some freon in the AC and take off. He checked several things inside and outside in the dark. He had to take a ladder upstairs and was careful not to damage the walls. He took the time to explain everything to my son in law, and was very professional. And he fixed the problem. I would want Cade to come back if service was needed again.
Cade the technician that worked on systems was amazing. He was on time and thorough. Our issue was solved quickly.
Armor has excellent service, the technicians are very experience, they also give recommendations to keep the units running properly. Armor has a great customer service and they care for their customers

Walked in the door from the hospital with our newborn to find our AC not working on a 100 degree day. Called and they had Cade out to our house within 45 minutes. Cade was extremely professional and got our AC back up and running within an hour. Will absolutely be calling them again! Huge thank you!!

Bryant at Armor heating and air absolutely did a spectacular job!! He showed up just at the nick of time when my AC unit stopped working in 90 degree weather, without hesitation he came in and did such an immaculate job, went above and beyond my expectations. For sure by far the best customer service, also quickest and super efficient work I’ve seen done on my AC unit ever. I got home from work and my thermostat was set at 72°, but the temperature inside the house was 85° – only 3° cooler than outside. Definitely a problem with the HVAC! I called AirCo, but they couldn’t get a technician dispatched until tomorrow afternoon. I knew my wife wasn’t going to like that! So I called Armor HVAC – they had a technician, Cade, at my house in about 30 minutes! He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to diagnose the trouble in about 10 minutes and had the problem resolved in even less time. My house is now steadily cooling off and will hopefully be nice and cool by the time the wife makes it home. Great job Armor HVAC!!!
I have been with Armor for a number of years. And, when the company recently changed ownership, I am happy to say it was a great change. They are honest, show up on time, have courteous technicians, and overall are just a company of integrity.
