Really appreciate the quick response and the excellent service!!
We called Sub Zero after the one company didn’t show up when they were supposed to. Sub Zero came in an hour after being called, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part right away. They were back as soon as the part came in and installed it. It was a fair price and good workmanship.
Young man was very professional and did all things necessary.
Austin came out same day to take care of us, was quick, professional, and most importantly fixed the issue.
I was fortunate enough to have the owner of the company come out and work on my system. He was polite courteous respectful and very very professional. I would definitely recommend his company to all my friends and family and strangers that come across on a daily basis.

Our AC units were messed up. Another company said it would be 2 weeks for parts and misdiagnosed 2 times. Sub Zero got it repaired the same day! Went and got the parts, made it work, all with a smile! It was a holiday weekend so they went out of their way, much appreciated!

I was very pleased with the initial service, the HVAC system installation, the quality of work and the overall professional experience that Austin from Sub Zero Heating and Air provided. I would definitely recommend them for all heating and air conditioning needs. The installation looks great, works great and they even followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly.

It's my second AC that needs refrigerant refill and injecting sealant to treat slow leaks. Sub Zero did great job and the cooling works perfectly right now. Everything has been done as planned and on time. Very happy with the outcome! Thanks Austin and Kei.

Austin and his team are dedicated and hard working. My furnace wasn't working and Austin came same day to check it out. He tried everything to fix it but it wasn't working. He gave me options on possible repair or replacement. Went with replacement and he got me scheduled 2 days later for it. Cannot recommend them enough for any HVAC needs!
