April2023:My property manager suggested a company they use for HVAC issues on my house I own /rent in Sherwood Ar- - that preferred Co. came out and gave an estimate of $798! ( HVAC < 5 yrs old btw- fairly minor issue ) I asked if I could do some further research -- reviews were pretty scary on first company - - It pays to read reviews!! Found Seaton in NLR - they ended up coming out - diagnosing and fixing for $97 - all fixed - all parties satisfied - Ladies - be careful - sadly we do get taken advantage of sometimes on Home Owner issues !! THANK you Seaton!! - I am recommending to all friends and neighbors .

Excellent Work! Ripped a HUGE old system out of our attic, replaced with a newer more efficient system. They took a bit less then 6 hours to rip and replace both the old and new! The last team took over 20 hours to get the system in and working. They did break the attic ladder and the John the Install Lead/Manager called Mr. Seaton to work on a solution. They hired an insured contractor to replace the broken part of the ladder, which is more than acceptable to me. These young men all moved with a sense of urgency and professional mastery. Use these guys on your next job, you won't be sorry.
From the moment a 4°F cold snap froze the out door drainage, we knew Seaton was needed, we called, they came, they repaired freeze damage and we are good-to-go. Professional all the way at a reasonable price.
My air went out on a Thursday. I called Seaton Heat and Air Thursday night and they answered. They said they could send someone out that night, however it was cool outside and I told them the next day (Friday) would be fine. They came out at exactly the time they said they would, evaluated, and repaired my air within the hour. Ben was the tech and he was efficient and very knowledgeable. They have installed systems and have consistently maintained our HVAC units at for two of our properties. I trust them and will continue to use them!!
Called late one day with a problem on our shop AC. Seaton Heat N Air sent a man out early the very next morning. Repairs were made quickly, and the technician, Alex was professional and courteous! Great job!!!
In the middle of a heat wave, I was able to get after hours courteous service. Chris was patient with us while we had to get a code from the warranty company so I could be reimbursed for the charge Other companies tried to overcharge for the service call, Heat and Air was lower to mid priced and worth it.
We had an after hours service call with a tech named Chris. After calling 17-20 other companies who either wouldn't see us, hung up on us (literally) or tried to charge us close to $300 for a service call, we received a call back from Chris. He told us he was on a job, but would call us back when he was on the way. He quickly called back and said he was 17 min away and arrived at our home. It was HOT! He was patient, knowledgeable and very good. We needed to jump through some hoops with our warranty company first, but without hesitation, he took the call, gave them the information they needed, didn't complain or even look at his watch and handed me the phone back. He made some small talk while we waited, we settled up, and he was able to get our Air back on in minutes. Today I called the office to speak to the manager and found out He IS the manager.... so I called the Owner! Mr. Seaton, you have a tremendous asset in this young man. He talked about how great the company was and how long he's been there. He was a class and professional act. I know good service when I see it and this was GREAT service. To Chris our Tech, keep up the great work Sir. To the pleasant young lady in the office thank you. To Mr. Seaton, you'll be hearing from us again. Thank you all for helping us breathe a little bit better.
I understand that they had to charge more to come out on Sunday. But to charge me almost $200 to tell me everything seems fine and it's clearly not fine is ridiculous. I would have been ok with the charge if they had actually done something. They weren't even at my house 10 minutes. I had to have another company come out and they actually found a clog in the drain pipe. Nice not having A/C for a few days because they did not do a thorough check.
Seaton's is The Best of The Best. They redid my entire system heat and Air. Professional and Respectful. Customer service is important to them. Thank you. The owner will get dirty with his employees which is rare these days. Kudos.
10/10 would recommend they take such good care of their customers and make sure you understand your options. They take to educate you and are very knowledgeable.
