We purchased a fixer upper with no central air. John came out and helped us decide on the appropriate system and was available and responsive throughout the entire process to answer any questions we had. Zac and the guys did an awesome job installing and the system passed it’s rough-in inspection on the first go. Ashley was great to work with in billing or passing on messages to John or the crew. Would definitely hire Pure Comfort again. Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting this big project done.
Called John to set up appointment. He came that evening. Did an inspection and we asked him to check the AC as well. Found we needed a new fan, which we suspected. Installed it and we decided to sign a contract. Very nice man and very knowledgeable about our unit. Highly recommend.
We originally called them out due to our A/C freezing up. They were prompt and were able to get us patched up until we could have a new HVAC system installed. We have since had them install the new HVAC. The installers were amazing. The price was ALOT less than what we had been told it would cost. They didn’t try to up sell. Highly recommend Pure Comfort.
John is fantastic, he went above and beyond to help us. We were working through our home warranty and now have found our forever A/C maintenance crew. Our home warranty was taking forever, but John constantly stayed in contact with us and actually cared about us. When we had the install done his team came out at 7 am and we're done super fast. Our air works and we are no longer in Arkansas hell. Highly recommend them, best service I have ever received. Thank y'all so much for all you do! We have signed up for the maintence program just for extra peace of mind that everything is in great condition.

I had some water buildup in the pan the furnace sits in. John quickly noted a negative drain flow and proposed elevating it and repositioning the trap off the floor as well as adding a drain float safety switch. Problem solved!
