I'm always on edge dealing with repair services because I worry about being taken advantage of. These guys made that feeling seem silly. Justin was easy going, professional, informative, and gave me tips and things to look out for. Most importantly they started small and worked their way up making the simplest fix first. . It seems like they know what it's like to be the customer. I'm happy I called!

The tech that was sent to my house was unsure about the electronic filter and unable to hook back up. This was not unhooked by him but previous tech. Other than this one item, tech gave my system a good once over, found a partial clog and also checked reservoir pump for correction function (thanks). I cancelled service with Bud Anderson due to shady work, billing, and an overall lack of knowledge about my system. Too expensive a unit to trust inexperienced techs. Please keep this in mind. Ozark Mountain Air was able to send a technician to my house within hours of my call. Nathan was very knowledgeable and professional - he diagnosed the issue and then walked me though how he arrived at the diagnosis and next steps. He offered recommendations on a variety of HVAC questions / topics. The issue required a follow up the next day, and Nathan arrived on time and was able to quickly resolve the problem. He even brought treats for my dog ☺️ Really appreciated the in-depth explanations and knowledge sharing and look forward to using Ozark again in the future.

Called for annual service on a Thursday out on a Friday and arrived on time. The technician was pleasant and gave us a run down or our current HVAC status and need for possible future repairs. He took the time to explain what was/could be needed and we felt confident that he was sincere and trustworthy- if the google reviews were not enough. 2022 update, my review has dropped because of complicated service programs and generally not as happy as I was. Due to repair estimate, and perceived lack of service during, my bi annual visits.

Great experience. I highly recommend OMA. First and foremost, they are an honest and trustworthy company. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and staff. I have had a 100% positive experience with everyone; Jason, Eddie, Nathan, Olivia, Carolyn, etc... My situation was one of my A/C units was not cooling correctly at the most inopportune of times, end of July right during the peak of the hottest part of summer. I called OMA on a late Thursday afternoon. They of course were super busy working lots of other maintenance and installation calls, but they were able to get me worked in by Monday morning. Can't tell you how much this was appreciated. Jason and Nathan provided me with an honest assessment of the situation and took the time to present me with the different courses of actions. Jason performed an assessment of the issue and could have easily told me "Nothing we can do; you need to buy a new system yours is toast" and sold me a new system. That was not what happened. He went above and beyond laying out all the possibilities of what the issue was most likely, what were the possible fixes and risk associated as well as the likely hood of success over the course of the short and long term. Simply put he is an honest broker, runs an honest business and took a lot of time to answer all my questions, and I had a bunch of them, but to his credit he answered them and right there earned my business, present and future. Simply put great dude. Nathan performed the servicing and repair. He took time to explain and show me the actual problems while he was working and correcting them. This was extremely educational for me, and I certainly appreciated him taking the time to explain the technicalities while he was fixing the issue. Nathan also took the time to assess the house infrastructure, discuss some sensible/cost effective energy efficiency improvements and explain the in's and out's of the future replacement options I'm considering so that wh

My A/C and gas heater were nearing failure. I researched A/C manufacturers and found that Trane and American Standard were the best. I got equivalent configuration quotes from both of the two local authorized installers. Ozark Mountain Air's written quote blew Pascal's verbal quote out of the water. I never received a written quote from Pascal. The hybrid heat pump / gas system was installed in about 10 days. It has a variable speed heat pump and fan. This configuration is the next generation in heating and cooling. The average speed of my system is in the 30% range which is very quiet, inside and outside. It uses the outside temperature, the inside temperature and humidity to calculate the best compressor/fan speed to lower the humidity. and temperature. My old A/C never got the humidity below 50% and the new system has not gotten above 50% since the day of installation. Very satisfied!

The ladies in the office were beyond helpful and got me an appointment very quickly. Everyone was super friendly but most importantly as a women, I felt comfortable with and around all the workers. They did a great job! The owner even personally came out when I had an emergency and was melting in my house. If I could go back in time, I would of had them install my unit, but bc I didn't, they will be the only ones from here on out to come fix any HVAC issues that might arise in the future. Would not recommend. I had them come out to a rental property of mine and charged me $450 without reviewing the details of what was wrong. 2 days after, the unit again wasn’t working. They “knew” what was wrong on the phone without even going back to the property to inspect it. When I asked how they knew this, they didn’t really have an answer. They then went out to fix it and a month later, it’s not working again. Called them recently, but was told it would be $250 for them to come out and inspect even though they just worked on it. Be warned. Will not be using them again.

If you are looking to repair your HVAC (air conditioner in my case), this is absolutely the best NW Arkansas has to offer! I had other companies out to look at my unit/units and all they wanted to do was to tell me mine were old and that I should buy a new one from them. Don’t fall for this, these units are made to last a long time. They were able to fix my unit and have it going again (and blowing very cold air) for less than $500, where the previous company said my repairs would cost $6,400! 😳 Take my word for it, Ozark Mountain Air is the BEST!!!
