Tom Murrie and his people are knowledgeable, efficient, professional and their prices are probably the most reasonable in NW Arkansas. Tom himself is ready to very patiently explain all the options - be it for a repair or a new HVAC system. I am very happy I discovered this company.

Not many companies will answer the phone at 6pm on a Sunday. This one did. The girl was understanding and kind. I was put in for Tuesday and the tech that came out was really helpful. He found a filter I didn't know existed and helped me learn how to change it. He walked me through basic system maintenance and how I could save money. He didn't talk down to me for not knowing what to do. I didn't feel like they were just trying to get money but like they really cared that I was comfortable and knew my system. I received a call a few days later asking if it was still cooling well before she sent the bill. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for being real hometown people.
Thomas Murie runs a helluva business!! He’s the type of guy that will answer his cell phone on a Friday night after 5pm on a holiday weekend. I know this because he did it for me…twice. Epic customer service!!
I would highly recommend Comfort Control for your HVAC appliances needs. We have had Adam as our technician a few times and each time he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our system was running properly. Extremely knowledgeable and helped walk us through best ways to keep our system running at the best it can. If you need any sort of work on your HVAC system, give these guys a call.
Had our package system go out when it was really cold. They were very responsive, fair, and honest. Their team responded quickly and on-time and replaced our extremely old system with a high quality package unit at a good price.

A neighbor in Johnson recommended this Fayetteville company. He had used them for A/C repair and had excellent results. So did we for our issue - heating unit stopped working just as the recent 30 degree weather hit. Fortunately, 3 months ago we replaced our decorative fireplace with a unit that heated with gas. That was important as a backup since 10-12 years ago an ice storm eliminated electricity for a week in NWA. Caution...poorly vented gas fireplaces can cause a buildup of carbon monoxide in the house. Despite his busy schedule, the owner Thomas Murie, checked our unit that day. He saw that our (3 year old) electronic board had burned out and could be replaced for about $400 (ouch!). However, our unit was over 20 years old and lifetime expectancy is 20-25 so we decided to use that money instead in a new unit. He gave us a reasonable price so we scheduled work for the next morning. The crew arrived ahead of time, worked until early afternoon and completed the job with perfect results. They even added boards for the work area around the unit since the original contractor failed to do that. Another thing. After turning on the unit there was some wind noise. A crew member saw it was caused by my air vent cover (which had held a filter that was no longer needed because we now have one at the unit). He adjusted the (non-adjustable) louvres so the sound issue was eliminated. In summary we are very satisfied and will sign up for Comfort Control's annual seasonal maintenance program.

Our air conditioner broke down on a hot weekend, and Tom's crew worked hard for a very long day to replace the whole system. His quote was the most honest and reasonable.
