Great service. AC was fixed same day!
Dalton provided great service to me as he fixed my Nest thermostat configuration which caused a very high $700 electric bill one month this past winter. I’d had another company look at the Nest right after the bill but they had no idea how a smart thermostat worked. Anyway Dalton gave my whole HVAC system a good solid check and the confidence next winter’s bill will be normal.
Jacob B. was GREAT! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He explained what was wrong with the unit and how to fix it. He was expedient and made sure that everything was working properly before he left
Technician Nick was excellent and thorough with annual maintenance of my system. When it is time for my unit to be replaced (22 years old), I definitely want Anderson to install it. They have faithfully maintained my unit through the years--that's why it has lasted so long :-)
Our technician, Payton, was thorough, fast and efficient! He had excellent customer service and was able to explain the repair we needed and deliver it in an expedited manner. We are very thankful to have our furnace fixed before the snow hits!

Service call was scheduled the same day which was a big surprise. The technician, Nathan, was very thorough and provided lots of information. Communication from Anderson was great including giving me advance information and photo of the technician for safety reasons. The technician was very professional and completed the job relatively quickly. based on this one experience I would highly recommend them and will continue to use Anderson for future HVAC needs.

We moved into a new home and Preston came out to explain the functioning of the unit, helped us register it for the warranty, and checked the heating before winter. Very helpful.
We just moved into our new home where Andersons Air installed our HVAC. Preston Stokes was the gentleman who came by to look over our new system to make sure everything was up to par and make sure our warranty registration was complete on our equipment. He was on time, very informative and very helpful. Very great experience!

My AC unit stopped working this morning- my husband called them and they sent someone out same day. Arrived on time during the window they told us, and made sure to explain everything to me and got it fixed very quickly. Great service and would happily recommend them to anyone.

This company is quick, efficient, and friendly… I’ve dealt with them for years and they will work with you on your warranties, and if you don’t have one, they will fix your problem as fast and easily as possible. They gave me a portable A/C unit to use while I was waiting on one from warranty, and my sales rep (Peyton) did an incredible job diagnosing the problem. I recommend Anderson for any heating and air issue you may have.
Peyton did a great job diagnosing our AC problem and the Anderson team was at our house the next day to correct it. They were all very professional, clean and efficient and the Rheem AC and heater meet my high standards. Very happy customer!
