Honked at us as we pulled over for a fire truck. Because we inconvenienced them .
Maybe you can hire employees that know how to drive AAR17L
Just don’t do it
Best customer service. Very knowledgeable
This doesn’t look safe. Tried to let the driver know but I guess he was too busy on his phone.
Slow response
Kimbel Mechanical Services did the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in our home. It was new construction. I’m very impressed with the quality of work. We had a minor problem with the HVAC system and they promptly fixed it and it works great. I talked to some of the employees and they were nice and professional. I would not call on anyone else for service on the systems they installed.
A female friend of mine was commuting from Northwest Arkansas to Oklahoma last night and she called me on facetime because she was scared. One of your trucks was following her and the two people inside were staring at her as they drove pacing her car side by side. She said she would slow down and they would do the same and when she would try to speed away they would stay right next to her. This happened several times for several miles. She took a picture of a white truck and trailer they were pulling which said Kimbel Mechanical Systems along the side. I also have the license plate number if you would like that. This kind of harassment is grossly uncalled for and is not a good look or reflection of the company the people driving the vehicle represent. It's highly infuriating that they would treat someone like this. The lack of respect for women is just appalling. I would feel very unsafe calling you for service and into my home knowing this is how your workers treat women when they think no one is watching.
What an AMAZING place to work!
Homeowners Beware! KIMBEL is installing Lennox HVAC systems in new homes with known coil issues. Be prepared to spend $1762 to have new coil installed in a home that is 2 yrs old. Look up Class Action Lawsuits on Lennox coils and see for yourself. DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPORTING THIS LOCAL BUSINESS THAT IS RUNNING SCAMS ON HOMEOWNERS.
Out of my 5 years in the field this is most definitely the worst install I have ever came across.. they put 1 ton air handlers on 2 ton condensers (non compatible according to Goodman engineers), left condensates draining on the floor for the ones that had enough fall to drain, mounted the air handlers to the wall crooked, so they constantly hold water, they didn’t even wire the fan speeds in.. they have wire spliced at every unit with just tape! Not even wire nuts, 6 compressor burnouts within 6 months because they don’t know how to pull a proper vacumn..(62 units in 2 days which is under a 10 minute vacumn per unit with over 100 feet of lineset for each) they also changed pistons on units that didn’t need it, the real issue was the units are incompatible, I wouldn’t expect these clowns to know that though.. I could go on for hours.. this is a brand new building so there are no excuses other than these people do not need to be in this industry.. by far the worst and shottiest job I have ever came across.. a pure cash grab rip off company.
Muy bien
Guys have been very responsive
Kimbel installed our A/c unit on our brand new house and in the process of a warranty claim, the gave us the run around for 2 weeks. Then said the part they order got lost. And now they recommended we find someone else to provide us service. I wonder if their corporate office is aware they workers are recommending their customers go somewhere else!this has been the worst experience with a service provider I have ever had... and scroll down I'm not the only person.. this place is horrible... we will be going into arbitration
They installed a heat pump on our new house and it has been a complete disaster. It started leaking water from the second floor down to the first floor about 2 weeks after we moved into our house and they've been out 6 times to try and address the issue. The last time they came they completely broke our AC, it can't keep up with the heat from outside, it's currently 79 in our house when it's set to 72. On top of that it's still leaking.
I worked for this company for a year and some change. Originally got put with the fabrication shop here in Fayetteville, AR and after a year I split ways, packed my bags, and headed northwest to Colorado. Worst. Decision. Ever. Made. Unlike the fabrication shop/ The Experience in Colorado shed some light on their behind the scenes behaviors and I would not recommend anyone make a career out of here unless you want to be picking up after the sub contractors, finishing their work, You’ll have no set schedule (this is also partly because of weather so I won’t entirely throw them under the bus for that, however dont worry your Saturday’s will be mandatory and your sundays too if you have a plumbing license. With no promise that those will be overtime hours) you could clock in at 6 am and depending on who’s crew you could be looking at coming home from 6pm- 12am with no lunch or breaks in between besides truck rides from 1 job site to the next or your average bathroom break. You will clock in anywhere from 6-7 and stand around til 9 on average for someone in the office to figure out where your working (or sometimes if your even working) Say anything to upper management they will either ignore you, or depending on the situation, you could be fired. They will get upset with you for them being incompetent for their own job and having yours done and ready to go when your suppose to. You will be sent home for this if you aren’t Staying busy (with others work). Its the Kimbel way! There is no accountability if your in an office I spent 2 and a half months in Colorado. With my personal experience in the blue collar field, I have never witnessed such a bad case of letting the freaks run the asylum. Their supervisors need training and half probably scrubbed, Upper management needs a cleaning too, as far as the actual work itself goes it’s plumbing. Don’t expect much. Paychecks are alright but in full disclosure the first month/ month and a half of being in state every single
This company did all the plumbing in my new house, and practically every piece of it was VERY poorly done. Tub drains not connected, toilets not set properly, excess flex pipe zip tied into bunches, fixtures set crooked. The list goes on. They shouldn't even be in this business. And it wasn't one particular plumber .. they had multiple techs come out multiple times and they could never get anything right and they never had the proper tools. They're an embarrassment to the trade.
Customer service, response time, technician work and customer care were outstanding. Rita and the customer service end is a rock star! Thank you all very much.
This company has truly gone above and beyond for me with my new business. I have been especially impressed with Mike Davis, our plumber. He keeps me updated, involved, and gets things done on time and done well. Jason Yount was amazing helping to plan everything for my huge project, and work within my budget. I can't say enough about the level of service. I will definitely be using them again as my business grows.
Your drivers are very aggressive here in Colorado. This guy tailgated me on Powers Boulevard for a mile, apparently doesn't know how to use his turn signals either.
