Kevin did a fantastic job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, he explained the entire process of what all he was doing.
Storm damage on a Sunday afternoon. Widespread. I was on vacation on the gulf coast and my unit not working. I called. Serviceman showed up around 8:30 pm. Failed starter. He had the starter IN STOCK on his truck. Back to life 45 minutes later. I tipped him $100.00 from a distance. Great tech.
Not pleased at all! Service men came and apparently didn't fix the issue we reported because NOW we sit in the middle of a storm WITH NO GENERATOR RUNNING!! This is at least 5 times since we purchased our generator that we have needed it and it has not worked !! Would appreciate this issue being resolved !

Would not got into self test called tri state was out in 2days and got it fixed awesome job tri state. Need more company's with customer service like this.
JD Walters was very professional and courtesy, he replaced the battery, yearly maintenance etc.
They are great guys.
Mr. Walter's was able to explain what the problem was and adjust the amount of salt to be dispersed accordingly.

The only words I have to describe Chris is AWSOME!!!. Chris found a gas leak on my air conditioner unit that I had been smelling for months, but didn't know what it was. He was so nice to patch it up, until I am able to get someone to fix it. He gave me a piece of mind, since I am here alone. Thank You Chris. I personally prefer that Chris do all of my services if possible.
JD did his job very well. Pricing is a totally different story.

JD Walters did a fantastic job. In addition to completing the yearly maintenance he went over any procedures in case I ever had trouble. Of course with the maintenance contract I can always call out a technician..

I was told this is the best generator money can buy, within 36 hours of it running it quit the relay board went out, technician came put in a used battery said I needed to go buy a battery jumper and run an extension cord…. Called this morning they can’t fix it right for a week… DEFINITELY NOT the best there is… very very disappointing. this is currently how my generator is running with an ice storm moving in…. Do better people do better..
I had the rain soft EC5 system installed on 1/5/23. So far, we love it! It’s pricey but it’s doing the job we needed it to do. Wifi connect to my phone is nice. No issue with tri-state in regards to the product and install. That was great! Beware of the GoHealthy 360 they are going to make it sound amazing! They will tell you that you will receive 16000 points to buy products and that is true! What they don’t tell you is that some of their products will run 400 - 800+ points to get! You’re going to burn through the 16000 points in no time! Also, I was told that shipping of the products would all be free!! Nope! Just went to order my first products and they want me to use over 2368 points to ship to myself! I only ordered 4 products that were all 400 points plus. Once you add in the shipping points I’m over 4000 points used of our 16000. I’m not a rocket scientist but in my math I have about 3 more orders left! Sorry, I just don’t see the $6-$8k in savings as stated.
