They diagnosed replacing a new fan motor as the issue, not the capacitor. Replaced fan motor and did not communicate that the current capacitor(which was operable), was not compatible with the new fan and installed a new capacitor. Not professional/honest with the service, charged extra without disclosing that information, very disappointing, no respect for the customer and their money(money grabbing).
We called Pro Air last Saturday afternoon after first calling another company we’ve used for 10+ years and being told they were unavailable to come until mid-week. Pro Air was at our house and had our unit repaired for a fair price within 2 hours.
I just wanted to express my appreciation to Pro Heating & Air for taking such good care of and for their professionalism they showed my mother, Judy McCallister a couple of Saturday's ago. She is not in real good health and her air conditioning stopped working and Mr. Jeff Lemley got right over there and fixed her up. Thank God for good people like you guys!!! You will be highly recommended!!!! Yvonne McGuire
