Friendly to talk to on the phone and at my house. My air conditioner died on a 112* day. I called late in the day and they were out early the next morning. I received a call first thing in the morning letting me know they were on their way. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. I am VERY HAPPY with their customer service and would definitely refer friends and family here.
