I received help from Itzel valdez great customer service and very professional. Always available for service, and the Tech Guy Beto very professional was in and out in no time.
Quick refrigeration's maintenance program is a great deal for bi-annual maintenance and a good deal. If you need repairs, Victor is awesome, on time and extremely knowledgeable with diagnosing and repairing units. Luis is also extremely knowledgeable. I had my cold air unit moved and redirected duct work done. Luis was very helpful in the design and completed the work on time and to my satisfaction. Quick refrigeration is number one for all my air-conditioning/heating work and i highly recommend them!

I’m glad I called Quick when my AC went out. Their professionalism and customer service is the best there is in Yuma. Jay quarterbacked the transaction with excellent communication while Horacio went above and and beyond leading the removal of old and installation of new unit. The final product is so much better than expected.
We just had our unit serviced, very impressed with Bill, he answered all of my stupid questions, and did a very thorough job. Our unit is 40 plus years old, and I was expecting to have to buy a new unit, he replaced a couple of capacitors and we’re good to go, what a relief! We signed up for the platinum maintenance program. Highly recommend Quick!
After spending approx. 6mos (on and off) calling all around Yuma to every HVAC company I found on Yelp looking for an HVAC duct & vent cleaner I had the amazing luck to find Quick and words cannot express how happy and amazed I did... The responsiveness, level of effort, work and price was AWESOME... Called to schedule someone to come out and give me a quote, meet Jay and I was sold. Jay is OUTSTANDING and knows his job very well. He walked through and quickly identified what he recommended and scheduled time for his techs to come and do the work and I even asked about cleaning my dryer duct (bonus). On the day scheduled, I received a call with an ETA, they arrived shortly after, did an awesome job, were quicker than expected and just as Jay said the house smelled better (less dusty). My dryer vent is cleaner than ever and drying clothes even quicker. Truly I am so grateful to Jay and his team for their amazing work and I have been telling everybody they need their HVAC ducts cleaned and to call Jay - you will be as happy as me!!! Quick customer for life!
Compressor went out on our home AC system during one of the more recent storms from power cycling. They were able to come out Sunday morning and diagnose the issue and by Monday morning they had Jay Brill come out to give a quote and was very professional and had great communication on what and when everything was going to happen. Awesome customer service and helpful every step of the way of getting everything setup. The install team did a fast job removing and install the AC units as well as keeping the area clean and removing all trash, less than seven hours to get everything installed!
Tried setting appointments for an estimate 3 times, but your customer service rep Genesis doesn't return emails. I've had good luck with your service in the past but lost my contact info there and not happy with whoever handing your leads currently.
Quick Refrigeration and Beto to the rescue again. Had to call late evening as the ac kicked off in this heat. The receptionist was kind and very accommodating. Beto showed up in less than an hour and had us diagnosed within 5 minutes. He put a fan motor in (it had seized) and within 30 minutes we were up again. Professional service from a great tech!!
Ive been a customer with them since 85.they had me spend 643 dollars on a worn out unit that needed to be replaced.needless to say I'm not a customer with them anymore.
We are very happy with their professional service. We have our unit serviced by them and everyone they have sent has been very professional and done a great job in servicing our unit. Bobby came today and remembers installing our unit for the previous owner, Bobby called to make sure it was ok to come earlier than scheduled, cleaned, serviced and rechecked our unit then answered our questions on a new Service Maintenance contract we requested with a no pressure but very professional. I have and will continue to recommend Quick Refrigeration to others . We have dealt with other contractors before and they did not do as good a job in servicing our old unit, so we were very happy to see the continual great service Quick Refrigeration gives with every service.
My complaint is the air scrubber that was sold by Fernando Zavala. It is a total waste of money. It never worked like he promised it would. And, he went on and on about how good it was. Do not believe Zavala. Had it returned and I believe it was still under warranty. Didn't get anything back for it. I paid $12,000 for my Trane air conditioner September 2018. Contract says that functional parts are covered for ten years. So, why didn't I get a refund for this air scrubber? Pease, do not waste your money purchasing this useless item. All of the techs that have serviced my air conditioner have been very efficient. No complaint there.
My wife and I had been searching everywhere for a blower run capacitor for our aunt's very old furnace a/c system. No stores carry it, no online service is competent enough to send the right one. It has been heat wave after heat wave here in Yuma. We were at a gas station and I saw an HVAC company van and was thinking to myself, maybe they know where to find one...then the guy driving threw his hands in the air as though I had just insulted him and flipped me off... Mind you, all I did was read the side of the company van. Then immediately after, the gentleman from Quick Refrigeration pulled in. I explained to my wife what had just transpired as she was in the store. I have anxiety issues, so she offered to go ask this other company. The tech from Quick was already pulling away so she waved him down. He immediately turned around and asked what he could do for us and we explained our issue. He got out examined the capacitor and explained that no one around here is going to sell one of those, while he was opening his back door. We didn't even have a chance to say thanks anyway when he already had the rare replacement part we desperately had been searching for in his hand. He handed it to me with a smile and told me to have a nice day. He didn't know when we offered to pay him, but we only had about $20 to our name, he refused to accept anything for it. He is what every person shpuld be. The exemplary humanitarianism he displayed today is truly remarkable. Not because he had to, but because chose to. I had just lost a little faith in humanity and gained more than I ever had before. Thank you so much.
Jay responded quickly to our need for an air conditioner. He gave us a quote with choices and explained each system. The installers showed on time, we’re very professional. They were friendly and answered our questions and walked us through the process. They worked quickly and cleaned up at the end. We really appreciate their prompt service. I called because my old AC stopped working. Miguel Padilla came in and repaired my AC, he was very quick, courteous and answered all my questions. He also gave me a fair price for repairing my unit.
Just bought a home and right away I had issues with my A/C. Being a new homeowner and having purchased home warranty I naturally went through them. Home warranty sent out a company twice and were not very helpful. After other inquiries, stress, and frustration I looked up A/C companies. I came across Quick Refrigeration and after seeing their reviews I decided to give them a call on a Friday. I had an appointment set up the same day with Jay coming out to do a free inspection. In just the few minutes he had done more than the previous company, and I had an appointment scheduled for Monday morning. The two gentlemen Andrew and Thomas arrived on time, and were extremely friendly/professional. I had to leave them to take my kids to school and during that time my cat freaked out due to the noise of the vacuum. They were kind and patient enough to wait for my return to not scare her any further. The service was supposed to take several hours and they were able to complete it in a short amount of time. Any questions I had they answered. Over all EXCELLENT company from first phone call to the conclusion of the service. A huge weight was lifted and I can confidently say I understand what was going on with my A/C. I HIGHLY recommend.
Our A/C had quit working after hours. Called Quick, to report problem, we had a technician Kyle come by in less than an hour. Was able to find the problem and repaired our system . Kyle was very professional and provided us with the cost of all parts replaced . Our air was up and running in less than an hour. Thank you Kyle for your excellent service. Dave & Rose Perez

Our repairman Jean came out and did a FANTASTIC job! He was on-time, professional and explained all the information. He was not pushy on anything! We are extremely impressed by the overall professionalism that was displayed by Jean and would be happy to work with him again!
