Chris arrived promptly at about 8:35 AM. I had two faucets to be replaced in a bathroom. The turn on and off valves also had to be replaced as they were stuck because of the terrible water we have here in the foothills. There was an issue with the faucets I had bought they weren’t really meant for the holes that I have but Chris was a champ and he carved the hole so they were a little bigger and the faucets would fit. Yay Chris! Also, one of the faucets was a little loose so he took it back off. Found the screws to tighten it and tightened it up for me. I just felt like he really took his time, without wasting time, paid attention to the details, and was as kind a repair person or service person I have ever had in my house. It was a lovely experience and I will absolutely use this company again and specifically request Chris. 👍
My sink was clogged and my disposal was leaking under my sink I called the office number at 7:30 am they said they would be out between 8:00 and 9:00 that same morning and they showed up at 8:00 am. They unclogged my drain gave me price options on a new disposal, installed the one I selected all in just a couple hours. Great price, great service! Thanks PHD!

I called PHD to repair a leak that was beyond my handyman skills. They arrived promptly, fixed my problem, and even pointed out another part of the system that was vulnerable to future leaks, given the age and obsolescence of the installed component. I asked the plumber to replace that as well and he did so, all for a reasonable price. Very cordial and professional.

I had the kind of shower leak that nobody wants to deal with. Behind a wall, terrible access, and a fixture whose parts are not readily or locally available. The kind of job where most people say, "sorry, you will have to call the manufacturer " just to avoid the nuisance. I called PHD and Jesus S arrived exactly when I was told he would. He had a look and identified the difficulty with a quick resolution given the circumstances but he was eager to give it a go. I left him alone to see what he could come up with and within an hour he had the issue resolved with some really creative tricks to give himself access without cutting any new holes. I am really impressed with Jesus and his drive to solve the problem and see a happy customer. He is a great representative for any business. The price was very reasonable largely because they sent a capable and motivated plumber who got right to problem solving. I would not hesitate to call PHD again. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. Very refreshing.

My bathroom sink had a stubborn clog and would drain very slowly. Over many months I attempted to clear the clog using several DYI methods, usually yielding minimal results. I called PHD and explained the problem. The office staff was pleasant and helpful. They promptly scheduled a service call and the technician, Luis, arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He quickly went to work on that sink which I had been struggling with for so long. When he was done the sink was working better than it had in years! I know I have my new plumber!
