Our ac was acting up they changed parts as fast as they were available and now our ac is up and running! We have little ones so i was in a hurry for those parts to come in and they did their best to get them asap! They communicated quickly and thats a biggie for me! Thank you!
I just wanted to thank Sergio for the great service he provided me. Sergio's company installed the AC and Heating to my new home 4 1/2 years ago. Other than starting the heating once to make sure it worked and two days a year ago, it has not been needed here in Yuma. This year has been very cold and we finally started to use the furnace. It started having issues starting and then starting but not heating. I had spoken to Sergio when the unit was first installed and he had been very helpful on giving me some guidance on the proper use of the AC since I had never lived in this hot of a climate. I contacted Sergio regarding the issue with the furnace and he came right out and looked it over. He found that there had been a mistake made when it was installed, this is when his exceptional character and great customer service showed. It had been 4 1/2 years since it was installed by his employees, he did not have to admit to a mistake being made or just made excuses. Sergio did neither, he ordered the part and came back and took care of it. There were a couple to adjustments that were necessary to get the heat working perfect and Sergio came out and did them without excuses or complaints. I wanted to commend Sergio and his business for his exceptional service and honesty which quite frankly are hard to find these days. Sergio will have my business as long is he is around. They were contracted to install HVAC system in my new build. Unfortunately never having to use the heat it went unnoticed that something wasn’t done correctly. You don’t get heat unless you manually turn the fan on. This should not work that was when you have auto fan feature. Now I know why Sergio didn’t respond when emailing him regarding the install originally.
