Came out and did a quick diagnostic within a few hours of the initial call. Then returned a few hours later to fix the problem. Gave recommendations on how to keep my A/C running at peak performance. I’ll definitely use them again for future projects.

We just got a new mini split system from Hanberger. From Mike the salesman to Miguel and Eric the installers the process couldn't be easier. Mike assessed our needs and came up agreed system. Miguel and Eric did a quick and outstanding job. So here we sit with the tamp outside near 100f and inside at 76f.
Complete HVAV replacement.. Mike Mendicil did a great reviewing my old system, identifying areas that needed upgrading, and made every effort to provide 3 separate system options that met my needs and gave me the upgrades I wanted. Miguel, Anthony and Ruben did a meticulous job removing and installing 2 complete systems including new electric and plumbing over 6 days. They left the job site immaculate each day, removing the old units and associated plenum and ducts, sweeping spotless each day. Outstanding craftsmanship. Overall great customer service and top notch workmanship. Thx Hansberger, this is the reason you have been in business for generations

Mike and his install team Miguel, Anthony, and Ruben were fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly during the whole process. Mike called the day after the install to ensure everything is working properly. Very happy with the system, it's super quiet and efficient. It rained part way through the install but they still made it work and finished the project without issue. I would highly recommend Hansberger and their team if you are looking for a new system.
Experts in mini split installation. Clear and upfront with pricing. My park model is incredibly well cooled AND heated after they installed a mini split system. Energy efficient and quiet. I am beyond happy with the results and would recommend a mini split ac as well as the services of Hansberger refrigeration.
Using Hansberger for our new A/C was the best decision. Mike Mendivil fully inspected our existing setup and we talked at length about what we had vs what we could upgrade too. Comfort and controllability, efficiency/cost savings and internal & external noise levels were all important. The Lennox system we went for offers the best of everything we wanted and more! I now have options I did not know I wanted or needed until I had them. Installation was superb, the guys spent 2 days, always polite, on time and left the site immaculate. Hansberger helped with the various rebates and handled all the product registrations. Mike sorted all our financing out, was always on hand and called by on numerous occasions during and post installation to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
In April 2022, we purchase two new units. The installers were very professional. A few months later, we did have some hiccups with one of the units. The service guys were on top of it. Mike even came and brought us a portable units to use. Their customer service is awesome! I highly recommend this company.
We needed to replace a very old, inefficient and noisy central AC system and received several quotes. We selected Hansberger for two reasons: Mike M, their representative was professional and responsive and was always available to answer the inevitable questions; the Lennox system they carried fulfilled our needs. It's been almost 2 years since the system was installed and the Hansberger technicians who have performed the regular warranty maintenance have been friendly and professional. Mike has also checked with us to make sure everything is ok. We're impressed with this business (and the Lennox system) and would buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Our AC went out in July. We had multiple quotes, one of which was from Hansberger. I was so impressed at the amount of time Mike, our rep, spent with us to discuss options. He throughly explained the equipment and was so honest. The other companies didn’t tell me about different sizes, brands, or give me options. They just left me with a quote. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Mike, on the other hand, was at my house for two hours explaining every detail with me. He still messages me from time to time to check in and make sure we’re still happy. Mike at Hansberger is absolutely amazing!!!
Love my mini split Bosch Air Conditioner/Heat Pump. Sales rep was great answered all my questions explained just what and when they would install. The crew that did the instalation was real good, clean and respectful, kept me informed as to what they were doing and answers all question I had I am very happy with the product and instalation.
I had a need for a custom bent sheet metal for a project. I noticed on the web that they had a sheet metal shop that did custom bending. I stopped at the office and showed the gentleman a drawing of what I wanted, and in less than an hour I had exactly what I needed. Great service and expert workmanship at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
I am writing this letter to thank you for not only the quality of work provided by you and your team, but Mike Mendivil, I am grateful to you for the outstanding customer care and level of accountability and dedication you demonstrated not only with your team, but your attention to the few changes of delivery dates, and equipment changes; for knowing how to work with me on a one to one basis, sometimes daily just to make sure I understood what was being delivered throughout the whole installation of my new Bosch System and Mitsubishi mini-split system. Taking pictures of the old and new, comparing how things were done before and now, your ease of explaining to me, because I asked so many questions, to make sure I understood how to use the new systems - also to contact you or your office if I was having any problems. I have had to call a few times, but I am so happy with your suggestions and help in getting everything ordered, delivered, and installed. Your team's daily dedication to be here, clean cut, smiles on their faces, and willingness to work long hours, to answer and explain or get in touch with you to come over even though you had just left, you let them know when to expect you to return to answer more questions. With the installation of the new systems, Mike, you went way beyond that, I was very concerned about how dust seemed to be never-ending, but you explained what was happening and fixed it. All the ductwork was checked, even the drainage from the roof, which you addressed and fixed. When the mini system was installed, the ceiling was scratched in a few places, you took care of it and a hole in the living room duct above a plant shelf you had repaired, repainted the area, and installed a new vent cover. There were many things you noticed and fixed to make the new systems operate as they are designed to.
