Eduardo Valladares helped me in the process of going solar, he explained the benefits and how much i could save on solar energy. The process went smooth and was faster than expected. Everything was Great!!!
On this particular day, a gentleman came by to determine if air flow was the reason for the high temperatures in one of our rooms. He checked the ducting layout and determined the system was installed with ducting routed away from the room, with a sharp 90 degree turn, and then a long distance back to the vent in the room in question. He then checked the air flow at all of the vents and made adjustments to the vents to increase the flow through that duct. He also took the time to explain how the air would flow even better with the doors open. Understanding that was not practical for privacy reasons, he suggested air flow registers above the bedroom and bathroom doors of this particular room. With the already noticeable increase in the flow of air in that room, we still opted for the registers to be installed. He said, once those are installed, we can revisit the issue and if we find it necessary, he offered one more possible solution; the addition of another ducted vent to the room. None of this was done with any type of pressure for a sale or any other costly suggestions. The technician was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.
Excellent job. Beautiful roof. They did exactly what they promised. I have a warranty and since it was an energy roof for solar they gave me the proper documentation for it. They were extremely nice articulate and timely.
Eduardo Valladares and Jairo went to my home on two occasions. Very polite and knowledgeable about their services. Already having solar panels installed I was not producing enough kilowats and continued to pay a high APS bill. After EcoEnergy explained my options, I became interested in getting additional solar panels and a water softner system. I got both on a great deal! I absolutely love this company!!! They did a phenomenal job on my roof!! I just purchased my park model in June of 2022 and it desperately needed a new roof..it sat empty for a very long time..and ecoenergy was on time everyday..did a fantastic job!!
