Great service and communication
Poor service communication between office and staff. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing and do not get back to the customer. Sorry!

These guys did a great job setting me up with a new unit!
Made a call to Quick Refrigeration on Tuesday evening. I was told that someone would call on Wednesday, when they finished another job, and could be on their way out. I called on Wednesday morning for a "round-about" time. I was told a time could not be specified. At 3 pm (after not hearing from Quick), I decided to call another Company; B & H. On Google Maps, it looked like they were close by ( I later found out the map shows their Duct Work Shop ). B & H said they would have someone there by 5 pm. B & H kept their word. Guillermo showed and was thorough, quick, "Informative" (I'm a little smarter now), courteous and prompt! And.... it didn't cost us an arm and a leg! I'm not trying to put Quick down. I understand that A/C Companies will be busy during the summer. I get it! But; "Tell me straight up"! Tell me that you are busy and may not be able to make it. I would understand! I would have said: OK... thanks, I'll call around. Bottom line: Quick: don't drag customers along. B & H: THANK YOU VERY MUCH! You have a new customer (although I hope I don't have to!).
