Had them come to fix a leaking toilet and clogged shower. They wound up being 3 hrs late- no communication regarding that until I called and was told that and emergency call had usurped mine. Came to fix things, were working for an hour when the snake broke. No big deal, things happen. Didn't call or show up-after saying they needed to go get a different snake- until 5:30pm! He worked for about an hour and said all was good- except the shower was still clogged. Tried to fix it and made the toilet leak again and WORSE than the original problem. The worker LEFT with it leaking! The owner and another worker came and tried to stop the leak as best they could- leaving the soaking mess- and promised to come by 9am at the latest the next day; they got here around 10:30/11am. Worked for a couple hours and said they'd be back by at the end of the day to turn the water back on. Not to mention the first worker took the metal overflow cover off my shower- still can't find it- and broke the drain seal from the tub. The original worker never told me this and I only found out when the second opinion I called had mentioned it! I've been trying to contact the owner for a week with the luck.
Had a smelly experience over the past 4-5 months thanks to a plumber from All Affordable Plumbing who failed to remove the dishwasher plug from the disposal he installed. The resulting stench was overwhelming. Wloe hired a different plumber who new exactly what to do - remove the dishwasher intake valve plug from the new disposal. Called the company to talk to the owner, but got no response. Needless to say I will not call this company ever again. The new problem is the toilet flushing mechanism. I must hire a different plumber to clear up the problem created by THE AAP plumber. Again - no response from the company. I do not and will not recommend All Affordable Plumbing to anyone - EVER. It seems the employees are not poperly trained in simple repairs.
Kept me advised as to when the tech would arrive. Courteous tech.
These guys are helping my mom with water damage in the drywall of her house. Super curtious, and she's a tough Apple.

A pipe under our sink sprung a leak. It was late in the day, but without the repair, we couldn't do dishes or other basic tasks that require the kitchen sink. Daniel came the day we called. He used a plumber's tape to temporarily solve the problem. He returned the next day to do a proper repair job. Also, I had started to change our RO system filters and encountered problems that I couldn't solve. Daniel solved the problems and finished the job. He then explained to us how often the different filters need to be changed. His final words were, ”call me if you have any problems".
Responded quickly but water heater repair was shoddy and after 3 days I finished the replacement myself. Restoration of water damage was excellent but received suprise charge not listed on invoice. The company even tried to charge me for replacement of water heater I had to buy myself. I was reimbursed. Insist on detailed bill.

Honestly, I'm beyond pleased with the service john provided, to make the story short, our main line for the water got clogged and water kept coming out the drain hole where the washer and dryer are located, he basically right off the bat knew what the problem was over the phone, gave me and estimate and how long it normally takes to complete the job ( something that other companies didn't do ) came over, was extremely professional and extremely kind. Finished the job in his quoted time. First time doing business with John and it won't be the last one. Great local company!
I strongly disagree they stole $100.00 and a $250.00 dollar door IF YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THEM LET ME KNOW IM GOING TO REPORT THEM THE THE BETTER Business Bureau.they get a zero
Had a 2 pm appointment for drain cleaning on January 10. The scheduled appointment time came and went with no sign of the plumber. Two calls to the the office, which is really just an answering service, no response. Texted the plumber, Mr. Close, to inquire. No text back, no phone call, no feedback. Never heard back. Complete blow off.
Highly recommend! Called on Saturday for a clogged kitchen sink. Came out within a few hours and fixed the drain. Very affordable and professional.
I called All Affordable Plumbing on a Saturday morning at 9am and John Close, the owner personally came to my home! My hot water had gone out and I could not figure out the problem. John checked everything and contacted D&H Electric and they also came right out! Between the 2, I had hot water in one hour!!! I would recommend All Affordable to anyone who needs an awesome plumber! This was handled so fast and professionally I was shocked!!!They will have my business forever, they earned it!

I have had them come out twice to fix a leaky sink basket in six months and it is leaking AGAIN! The first time cost me nearly $900 to replace the whole sink along with hours of labor. The second time they put more goopy stuff in the seal. That was only 2 months ago now the cupboard under the sink is FLOODED and the boards underneath are ruined. I am not happy at all
I would use anybody else.
