We had Airtronics out to our house twice when we first arrived in Yuma. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it the next week. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PROFESSIONALISM. We will use them again.
Great service. Very prompt. Came out on Father's day and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
Great guy came to check out house air and add freon. Excellent gentleman and came out same day I called for service.
My yearly service was done on Tuesday and on Sunday I had no A/C. After taking a look, the disconnect box was fried (wires melted). Left VM on Sunday, tech was at my house Monday morning and fixed it but needed to pay for it even though they had service it five days prior. Gave it three stars for the good customer service. It was a bit weird how my A/C stoped working after it was serviced my them.

They came out like they said. We need freon, that was quite expensive. Over 800.00 for 4 pounds. But got it fixed and we're staying cool.

Airtronics has always been so fast to show up. Economical and helped me out with a payment plan when needed. I'm a loyal customer for sure.
Answered after hours, came out next day right on time and was super helpful and friendly. Got the work done right the first time and at a very reasonable rate for the work and materials. Explained everything clearly no double dealing or trying to upsell me. I’ll absolutely be using them again!

Roger did an awesome job restoring my air conditioner. He knew what he was doing and was quite professional, gave me valuable insight as well as tips what to look for if I have trouble with my unit again. Very well worth using Airtronics services 😊 extremely reasonable prices too!!!

Called Airtronics originally for assistance on an HVAC unit purchased with a property in West Winds RV Park. They were a great help but too many problems. I decided to replace it with a 3 ton AC unit. The installing techs were actually early, and went right to works. Techs worked well together, each on a different expect of the install. One went under the house, a tough job, especially in high heat. Imstall went very well, and started on the first test. Well done!

Airtronics installed our new unit 6 years ago ! They have serviced our unit every year ,wouldn't trust anybody else ,friendly staff .
Use to use this company not any longer. Service tech came to my house supposively replaced the duct work under our manufactured home, that wasnt the case they bandaided the problem, we now have another company out here repairing the shotty work that airtronics did. I would recommend Hyatt Cooling before i would ever take my business back to airtronics after being with them for over 16 years of having them come out and do any repair work to our a/c unit. The final straw was when the rude person that took my phone call told me after less then a year of the "supposed" duct work replacement and them not wanting to do the warranty work that i would have to find someone else to any more work at my home
