Shamrock had the lowest service charge I've seen. The technician Daniel, is s a very talented explainer of problems and you don't even have to ask him. He presented me with solutions to my issue, the pros and cons and pricing. I had sticker shock at the price of freon replacement but I was allowed the time to check with two other service providers who told me I was getting a reasonable price. Thank you Shamrock, for your rapid response during a holiday and getting someone out within 24 hours!
We have worked with Shamrock for years. Becky, at the office, is always professional, kind and extremely responsive. Daniel, our technician, is beyond friendly, thorough and professional. We would recommend Shamrock to anyone in need of heating and especially cooling for our AZ summers. Thank you for all you do!

I’ve been using Shamrock Heating and Cooling for over 10 years, at two homes, with both old and new units. They do quality work. I’ve signed up for their biannual maintenance inspection to help keep me from falling behind on regular maintenance. I have worked with Sean, Becky, and Daniel, and all three provide quality service. They are quick to respond and are very professional. They seem to always remember me and my home. They provide the right blend of friendly and professional!
Shamrock Air is a company that I have done business with for about 12 years. I was working with them when I needed to get a new air conditioning unit. They made a great installation and solve some problems that other people had not even tried to address. Becky Bare is the office manager and she is wonderful to work with. She has always been very professional and kind and willing to go the extra mile to see that any concerns I have have been addressed. She schedules my maintenance visit every six months and always keeps track of. Accounts and other important details of the company. I always know there will be a friendly person to talk to when I call to have a question answered or make an appointment. This is a great company and I highly recommend them to everybody.
Such a great company, so happy I found them a few years ago to replace my system. Since that time it has been nothing but a joy to work with them for my scheduled maintenance. Shamrock is great I have been using them for roughly 6 years now for my A/C needs. The maintenance program is awesome and gives you peace of mind that you won't have any issues in the AZ heat. Just yesterday my A/C stopped working. Called first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me into the schedule same day. Daniel met me at the property and worked his magic and had me back up and running in roughly 45 min. Really appreciate all the good work they have done for me over the years.
I have been a customer for years. They are honest and reliable. I recommend Shamrock to all of Arizona. They inspect my air-conditioner twice a year, and I feel I have saved money by depending on their service. Becky makes scheduling our services easy to do.
Shamrock has been our service for all things heating and cooling for 15 years. Everything from repair to replacement to maintenance. When we moved 3 years ago and had issues with the A/C they came to the rescue. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Shamrock is a great company. Always professional and friendly.
Arrived during scheduled time. Installed thermostat with less than ideal by the box wiring. Took time to explain and waiting while I got it set up to ensure it was all working properly. Asked for other suggestions regarding AC performance and was given good advice as well as opportunity to have a quote for any extra work needing to be done. Would highly recommend!

Shamrock came through for me during an emergency situation. I have been unhealthy for several months and two days ago my AC unit ran for a long time without cooling. I called the company I have a loyalty agreement with for service twice a year and they would not come out to diagnose the issue for 2 days. That contract has now been canceled. I called one other company and no availability for days. I called Shamrock and they scheduled for that evening. Then the gal called me and said they moved it up because of my health. Service tech came out and diagnosed the issue. I decided the repair cost was too much to invest in an aged unit so had a new unit installed. So, now I have a new unit installed and a cool house before the appointment time I was offered with the company I had an agreement with. Great service, excellent communication and very pleasant individuals. You will not be disappointed if you call Shamrock.

Always a great experience when using Shamrock’s services. Becky and Sean have always been quick to respond to our calls and services our issues rapidly so we have very little disruption to our air conditioning. I have been using this HVAC vendor for several years now and they have always been fair with me. This spring they cleaned my heat pumps without asking first and the bill was about $500. That was a bit of a shock to the system but otherwise I have been happy with their honesty about what parts are really needed vs. what parts I can wait on. They assured me this cleaning was 💯 needed! I also like how I am not pressured every year into a sales pitch to buy new units even though mine are going on 19 years young! I’m not a big fan of sending big appliances to the dump to rot if they can be kept running with good maintenance!
