When our AC failed recently Savage Air Conditioning was recomended to us by a trusted neighbor who has relied on Savage AC service for many years. After scheduling our repair I received a follow up call from Pat who coordinates their repairs informing me due to a cancellation she could move us up on the list. Customer service like this is rare these days but aparently the norm for Savage AC. Our technician Jessie McLaurin was a pleasure to work with. He not only diagnosed the problem accurately but provided us with options on how we could proceed with our repair. Regardless of our desision Jessie made it clear since our AC wasn't working our repair was his priority and would be exicuited the next day so we wouldn't be inconveniencced any longer then need be. With excellent communication between dispatcher Pat and technician Jessie on the following day Jessie arrived at our home on time to complete the repair as he promised at a reasonable rate no higher than was quoted. Thanks to Savage Air Conditioning's rapid responce we are once again as cool and comfortable as can be. Ours was a very positive experience from start to finish and highly recomend Savage Air for all your air conditioning needs. Robert Pachman

Savage has been amazing. I've had their membership program for a few years and worked with several of their techs. Every person I've dealt with has been responsive, on time, knowledgeable, and kind. Pat, who manages customer service, is on top of everything and goes out of her way to help. I even called in an issue on a holiday weekend at 6 p.m., and Savage came the next morning (on a Sunday!) at 7:45 a.m.!

Dave Savage is great! Professional, honest and makes entire process enjoyable. Jose was the lead installer and was amazing. Him and his crew were on time, efficient, communicative and extremely careful with our home. Highly recommend. Service Tech Jesse is absolutely great, and always takes care of us!

Savage Air and their employee Jackson are life savers!! We are so grateful that Jackson came out to help us with our a/c issue! It wasn't cooling and we were desperate to cool our house down for our family and our pets. Jackson was thorough and honest about what he found. He showed us some issues and answered all of our questions. No upselling or pressure at all. Another company, Rescue One Air in Tempe, had come out the day before and I had one of the worst experiences of dealing with a company in my life. In short, the tech for that Rescue One Air was dishonest about what was going on with our a/c system and actually messed some things up in our system and with the thermostat. Then he pressured me to sign up for financing for a whole new air conditioning system without my spouse present. The other company left us with no options to help cool my family in June in Arizona and seemed bothered that I wouldn't just sign up for a whole new $9,600 system with the "discount" they were giving me. I am waiting on their management to return my call. Back to Savage Air, the repair was less than $500 and has been working great since. Seriously, they are life savers for our family and pet's well being and for our finances. Their prices are reasonable and everyone that I interacted with was professional. I highly recommend this thorough, ethical company.

I have used Savage Air Conditioning a few times and every time I am happy I did. This time the air conditioner at my condo went out and they came out within a couple hours. Some parts that were under warranty were bad, so they ordered the parts and installed them the next day. Great service. Everyone is nice and they know what they are doing.
