Shane was awesome! He took the time to explain the whole process to me with drawings and pictures of my unit. He was upfront about the severity (or lack thereof) for each issue so that I coukd make informed decisions. I felt respected rather than like he was just trying to sell me something. (He even took time to help the dogs acclimate to him so that I wouldn't have to lock them up while he worked.) What a refreshing change of pace to deal with a local, family owned business- honest, kind, and trustworthy!
Rescue One Air was the winning bidder for the replacement of a 5-ton residential unit at our home. Reputation and presence was considered as well as price, although they had the lowest price and offered the most value. We selected them as a bidder because they were a BBB Torch ethics award winner. Our installation was not trouble-free as contrary to what we had been led to expect the new internal roof unit would not go through the loft hatch so the installers cut a hole in our lounge ceiling. Fair enough, it is what it is, however I believe if they haft the piece they cut out behind everyone might have been better off. See later notes. Two things specifically cause my review to have 3 stars, not more: A) We decided to buy an Ecobee wireless thermostat to enable us to manage the unit while we are traveling. I would not recommend them, frankly -- no-one knows how they work. The extremely patient young man that came out to do our punch list items has one himself and could not explain some of what it does. There is no manual. Basically I have no idea how the Tstat display some of the temperatures it does. Best I can say is to parrot a 1-star review I found online and that is, it displays an average. We have managed a work-around after spnding $85 on two additional room sensors, but I can't say we're happy with it. Steer clear of Ecobee. B) The painters Rescue One engaged to repair the ceiling (Dominuez Bros Painters) were amateurish at best. Both times they came I had to lend them a ladder. First trip they splashed their cleaning water on our outside wall which I had to clean off after they left. Second trip they wanted to clean their brushes and tools over our landscaping -- so my wife cleaned them. We told them our paint was Dun Edwards, but they went to Home Depot. The paint doesn't match and frankly, neither does the texture. My wife won't let them into the ho\use again and I don't blame her. Had they had the original piece of drywall that was removed,
Our AC went out Sunday night. I was able to request service online, which I liked. Customer service returned the call early in the morning and was able to send someone out in 30 minutes. John identified the issue quickly, and the repair was reasonably priced. He was thorough and gave us good tips on maintenance. Prevention would've saved us money!
I just had Caleb come out here to evaluate my AC unit. He was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done. After giving us several options we had cool air in about 25 minutes. Thank you Caleb for your great work!
We woke up to our 4 ton RTU spazzing completely out and sounding like it had seen better days. We called in, explained our issue and they sent us an extremely knowledgeable and personable tradesman by the name of Hector within the hour. He alleviated our troubles within minutes and kept us informed throughout; all whilst being professional and safe. I would absolutely recommend Rescue One Air for any and all issues with your HVAC stuff; top notch top to bottom. Thanks Hector!

A hugeThank you to Caleb and Rescue One Air Team. I was without AC over a year in my home. Went through many changes to get repaired, never received only a bill warranty company went out of business. I contact Rescue One Air spoke with Caleb he was here the next day. Caleb he looked at AC unit inside and outside I needed a new AC with no warranty no money finance was offered my credit was to low. Caleb worked out a payment plan and the next day s team was here. This team worked through lunch until a brand new unit was completed. I and my grandchildren now have reliable good cool AC within 24 hours. Caleb and Rescue One Air Team is the best I've ever known. I recommend anyone to this company there is no other like it. Had a service appointment for Rescue One Air to come out and inspect my HVAC and heating system. Thankfully I had the service plan, and even though I was in the process of selling my home and sold my plan with the home, Rescue One Air still allowed me to utilize the plan since the house was still in my name. John came over to the house, quickly identified I needed a new capacitor. He changed the part and even cleaned my coils. This happened the day before I was scheduled to close, the buyers; new to AZ, were still not satisfied with the results. John went above and beyond, going back to my house to educate the buyers on how the HVAC works. He provided me with the details I needed to communicate back to my agent, ensuring we were just dealing with people who didn't have an understanding of HVAC systems and extreme heat. I can't express how awesome Rescue One Air was and even more how John handled this call. I highly recommend Rescue One Air. Every time they have come out, all the technicians I have interacted with have been professional and knowledgeable. I would also recommend you get that service plan. Again, a big big shoutout to John, he didn't have to do what he did, so a big thank you.
Capacitor went out late sunday...called right back. And 1st thing monday morning checking back. Others hadn't even bothered. Caleb is absolutely awesome. House was 90, 11 on Sunday and projected 112 today. It was making me I'll, and I just got home from hospital....they rock
Our AC unit stopped working and Josh came out after hours at 9:00 at night and he was awesome. Got us back up in running in less than an hour. Recommend this company

I used Rescue One Air to replace my entire A/C system in the house, both upstairs and downstairs units to include the Air Handlers in the attic. I called every single A/C company in Phoenix before I selected this company and the reason I selected this company was because of the responsiveness of Caleb. I had 3 other companies come out to the house to inspect the A/C issues, however he was the only one who Facetimed me from the attic of the house to show me exactly what the problems were. After we made the decision on what needed to be replaced, he then worked with me on the requirements of different units and the pricing. The install happened the next day. Jose, Dean, Chris, and Jordan were on time and knew exactly what they were doing with the install. They have obviously installed complete systems before and knocked the install out in less than 6 hours. They were all professionals and well informed on their jobs. They answered all of my questions while they were installing each component of each unit. I would definitely recommend asking for this team to install your new units. All of the debris in the front yard was cleaned up within the hour (as promised). The follow up with the drywall and paint was fixed the day after. There was a small miscommunication with replacing one of the air vents , however it was a small oversight and was installed the day after the weekend. I would recommend the company if your going to replace the AC system in your house. There is a 10 year warranty with the new system along with a 5 year maintenance contract. I can only hope if there are any issues, Rescue One Air will provide the same level of effort they provided me this last weekend. If there are any issues with the units - I'll continue to update the thread on this post.
Josh was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly guy! He was quick and efficient and explained everything to us that we needed to know! One of the best technicians we’ve had out at our home!

Josh came out to service our AC. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company and Josh to anyone and everyone! He took his time and was very thorough. He cleaned the coils outside and also scheduled our duct cleaning for us as well
Josh did an awesome job today! We asked they do an acid wash on our coils and he went above and beyond that!!! Saved us some money and I couldn't be happier! He was friendly and professional too! We have had nothing but great experiences everytime they come out.
Joshua came to service my HVAC system. He was friendly, efficient, explained everything he did & cleaned up when he was done. I really appreciate that, as in this day & age it doesn't happen very often. I will definitely use Rescue One Air for all ny HVAC needs.
