Eric was incredibly reasonable in his price when our AC went out. We had many companies come through to give us an estimate and Patriot Air was by far the best. They were so thorough and helpful. Dave was an awesome technician. We will be using them in the future instead of George Brazil as that company was not remotely on par with Patriot Air in their service or cost.
Eric came out same-day and didn't try to fleece me. Reasonable and super quick, will call again for HVAC issues! If I wasn't selling my house, I'd buy the annual maintenance plan from Patriot Air Inc. 5/5 stars :)

Had them over to give me an estimate on installing a new ac unit. I called them and explained the situation - I would be supplying the hardware, and I only needed installation. They agreed to come out and give me a quote in a couple of days. They came out, and I went over the details of what I had in mind. They didn't seem to care too much about that; rather they were were very critical of an ac already installed, and even more critical of the ac I wanted them to install. They seemed to have an attitude - a "chip on their shoulder(s)" so to speak. They were just plain rude and obnoxious Even though I told them I had already selected the new ac unit, they continued to criticize it and instead promoted a cheap Chinese ac available on Amazon. Of course, they expected I would purchase it through them. They never did get me a quote - I guess it's just as well. I would not use them after their terrible attitude and unprofessional presentation of themselves.

We are at our CA home and I noticed that the east side a/c at our AZ home wasn't cooling. It was running continuously. Eric the owner of Patriot had come out in July to address a blower issue. He was extremely informative and professional. My call for this issue went right to him. He was out at the house in about an hour of our conversation. He immediately located the issue. It was a compressor capacitor. He said he carries 100 of them on his truck. He completed the repair right away. He even sent me pictures of the part and his thermostat plugged into the ducting showing 60 degree air. The east side of the house had risen to 87. The cool down began! Eric and his company are top notch. Patriot will be our go to company for any/all HVAC issues. With so many companies out there that don't deliver, it is gratifying to find one that over delivers. A big Bravo Zulu to Eric and Patriot Air!
Vent pouring condensation and unit not cooling well. It’s an original unit which needed Freon and lots of other adjustments. It was unbearable inside and now working properly. Dave was my tech and knowledgeable, professional and no big upsell shoved in my face. Grateful for their quick response and honesty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY.
Made an appointment two days in advance directly with the owner's secretary. Took off work the day of the appointment to stay for the 4 hour window which was given for him to show. No one showed ! No phone call ! There were lots of excuses about confusion... and no apologies, or attempts to make things right. Don't let this summer's heat and your comfort rest in the hands of this company.
We needed a new A/C unit for our house after the warranty company(One Guard) refused to fix the one we had. Patriot Air came to the rescue. Eric and his team were able to get us in on short notice and a 3 day turnaround to boot. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling. They were nothing less than professional, showed up when they said they would and were extremely friendly and straight to the point. Thanks again
Let me tell you... Patriot Air (Eric -owner) came out and LITERALLY saved my mom from a huge AC/Heater Scam! She called me in so upset - She had another company by and they told her she immediately needed a new unit (to the tune of 8500!) and told her to not even try to start it up. Well... she wouldn't have been able to because they dumped Freon and disconnected wires to help her believe their scam tactics. Another scam attempt on an older female customer - shame!!! She asked me who to call and I immediately said Patriot (they had kept our 20 year old system running far more summers than it should have!) Eric came, saw what was going on and a tune up charge later... system is working PERFECTLY! I cannot thank you enough, Eric! Really. If more than 5 stars were possible... we would give them!

Eric (and team) was professional, courteous and promptly showed up for my service calls. He was patient with my zero knowledge of HVAC and took the time to educate me on what my AC issues were. On many occasions Eric answered various questions I had during off-hours and weeks within a few minutes. Thanks Eric!

Eric with Patriot Air was absolutely amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing with our AC. After having a terrible experience with another company, it was so refreshing to deal with an honest and knowledgable person. I won't let anyone else work on our unit! Patriot customers for life!
We had Patriot Air, Inc install a new A/C on our roof early this summer. They were available on Sunday, when it went out, amen n one else was. We knew we couldn't band-aid it up for another summer, so we chose replacement. They made it very easy and we were able to finance it. That was about three months ago. Last night the new one quit working so we text Patriot Air, Inc after 7pm, afterhours. Eric text right back and was here the next morning to see what was going on. We blew a fuse and three minutes after he was here it was all good again. He explained how our old house is set up in the box up there and we'll now be better prepared if it happens again. Great strong blowing unit, wonderful company with fast, clean service. We'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

The owner Eric of this business is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, vile, and abusive humans I have ever had to deal with. He was hired last month to fix my ac. He did nothing other than say he was going to get some parts and would be back. He never came back but happily took my money. Weeks go by. It’s 115 degrees and my ac is not working again. I call him and he verbally attacks me on the phone. He tells me he was installing a system in an attic and will call back. He calls later attacks me again. At this point I am not addressing his abuse as I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe heat stroke. He sends someone over to my house they say run the fan for 30 min and it will dethaw. He left. 30 min didn’t work. So I ran it for 6 hours then shut it off for 4 hours in 100 degrees weather 90 in my house with pets!! Still is not working. Running the fan 12 more hours. I text him in the am. He calls me and is belittling me, talking down to me, yelling at me and overall abusive as he was the day before. It’s definitely not heat stroke. It is him. He is just as the other reviewers have said “rude” “mean” “nasty” He lacks professionalism so much so he can’t help himself. When someone leaves a bad review he again attacks and makes false statements about them right on the review for all to see. Run from this man. I am in disgust he uses the term Patriot in his company. Such a disgrace. I am so happy I went with a different respectable company.

Eric and his team are knowledgeable, trustworthy, affordable and reliable. They will NOT upsell you to take advantage of you. They shoot you straight with what you've got, and give you options and pricing and pros/cons to make informed purchase decisions. They understand HVAC maintenance and repair is expensive, and they do a thorough job to get you your money's worth. Billing, invoicing and scheduling are a pleasure with Krista taking care of the office.
