We had a great experience with Carlos and CR custom services. We used them a couple of months ago when our upstairs AC unit was malfunctioning. Having used Ace Home Services before, we initially called them. They came out and immediately told us we needed a new unit. Quoted us about 25k, the tech said our AC unit was beyond repair and that was our only option. Carlos came over later that evening and evaluated our unit, within a few minutes he was able to determine what the issue was. He explained that it was certainly not beyond repair and he was able to fix it at minimal cost. Carlos believes In hard work and providing honest services to his customers and that really shows. Will only be using CR moving forward.
Expensive prices wanted to charge me $2,500 on a repair for a refrigerator and also charged a after hour service fee to just see what the issue was $250.00. I don’t recommend that anyone does business with this company unless if you want to get robbed for your money
This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them
Carlos was quick to respond and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. This dude was awesome. I will definitely be using this company again.
Tried calling, they never returned my calls when my ac went out. Thankfully theres plenty of other contractors who want my business.

These guys at AMAZING!!!!!! They saved the day for me, needed my floral cooler to be installed and working for all my floral. They worked non stop all day and night to get it up and running. My flowers where In by the time they were done and saved them from dying. If you even need any work done please call them , they won’t let you down
Carlos is a great tech. He takes his time to inspect the job. He explains what needs to be repair. I'm home is nice and cool because of Carlos. Thank you Carlos and keep cool.

Really good company to work with. Everytime I call they are available to handle my ac issues and they are very fairly priced compared to other companies I have used. I recommend them to all of my clients!
CR Custom Services was very informative and spent good amount of time inspecting my current system. They based my heating and cooling system on the size of my house, level of insulation, windows. They inspected the duct system for air leaks. They measured airflow to make sure it met the manufacturers specifications. While wary at first, I am confident they finished the job professionally and with total satisfaction. Thanks CR for the great experience!

Great service, great response time, very competitive. Had a problem with our walk in wine cellar, having lots of valuable wine it was imperative to address the problem quick and properly the first time. I'm happy to say CR Custom Services went beyond all of my expectations. What makes it better is that they are a full HVAC company, so now they take care of all my cooling and heating needs, including our wine cellar. Great company.
