My semiannual inspections have been very thorough and response to service calls very prompt. They used to call me to schedule the inspections but now I have to remember to call them. Even so, I would recommend them.
Great service and quick response
Terrible experience with this place. They took my money but never came to fix my HVAC system. I called multiple times to follow up during business hours and my call was not answered. Terribly unprofessional, took my money, and didn’t deliver my service. DO NOT USE.
Didn't use them. They told me they were so busy they couldn't get to me for a week Not having an AC for over a week was unacceptable.. I went with another company They got to meet the next day
Can't say enough about this company! First off, everyone is so professional and friendly. They are super fast to get whatever your issue is fixed. I called numerous companies before finding Arizona Refrigeration Service Inc. Everyone was extremely informative and never made you feel like you were bothering them when I asked a thousand and one questions.
Most of my experience when buying a new AC unit was fine with this company, until I sold my house. The buyer asked about the extended warranty being transferable. When I called these guys to find out, I discovered that only a portion was transferable, which I was never told. I couldn't find anywhere in my paperwork that described this. So they essentially got free money from me that no one will ever get to use. I didn't have time to fight them, so I let it go, but if you're going to go with this company make sure you ask questions and get everything in writing.

AZRS is the most trust worthy HVAC Company in Phoenix. Their customer service is 5 out of 5! I would give them 6 stars if I could!
A friend recommended this company and said she had used them for many years. I called at 12:30 pm and Kelly was very kind and so calm even though I was very nervous. I've heard so many awful stories about wait times, etc. Kelly had Dave at my place very quickly. Dave was very nice and professional. He had the part with him and fixed the unit and it was blowing cold at 1:50 pm. I know they probably can't do that every time, but WOW! Now that is outstanding customer service! I'll make sure my friends know who to call in the future. And I won't call anyone else!

The experience of scheduling an appointment was simple anghly ghly d friendly. The technician, Mohammed, that came out to provide the service was professional, friendly, thorough and courteous. I would recommend this company.
Service men were friendly and professional enough. However when they came for annual maintenance/cleaning, instead of suggesting the 2 repairs that were actually needed (2 capacitors causing other components to over Amp), instead they recommended a long list of repairs/replacements with the most cost effective option being a full replacement. I've known Bill Connelly for many years on a professional basis, and in the past, he would NEVER recommend a unit be replaced unless it was absolutely necessary. I am disappointed in the new direction his company is going. I hope he goes back to the way he used to run his business, with care and suggesting needed repairs only versus a complete replacement when not necessary.

I feel like the Tech was unprofessional today with covid out of control I just wanted tech to get in, get the job done and get out but instead he ask to use my bathroom in the 1st 10 minutes of being here and then didn't want to move some boxes that were in his way in the attic to get to unit ..Really boxes? So a complete complete check on heater was not done and now will cost me money to have someone come back.To top things off Tech ask me if I had a Pepsi for him as he seen mine on the table....this guy was totally unprofessional pls do not send him heree again!
