AHR came out to my house today for some annual maintenance on my 2 ac units; long story short...they rock and I highly recommend their services.
Attempted to defraud my mother in law - working next door offered to clean various parts on a 3 year old unit for $900.00 and this was after the “cactus discount” please let your loved ones know they are out suggesting these unnecessary services.
AHR Mechanical has installed and repaired my AC for years, but this week they came to my rescue when I needed a replacement hot water heater. I phoned in the middle of the night, when the unit broke, and I got a scheduling call first thing the next morning. By mid-day Neal came by and figured out the solution. The next day I had a new unit installed. Amazing. Barely 48 hours from crisis to normal again. The service was quick, accommodating and professional. Not to mention—> Excellent. AHR is always first rate. I am so happy I found them!
Your office person Cary was diligent and found a way to check a noise I was hearing without it costing me anything. I appreciate her customer service. I have been a customer for 20+ years.
The entire AHR team was great. They solved a problem that had stumped several other companies and have my system working great. Additionally, they did not charge me until they had figured out how to repair. I would recommend them over any of the competition.
Chris just finished preparing my air conditioning for the winter. As per always, superb, trustworthy work is completed on schedule and with helpful advice regarding the best usage of my units. AHR has assisted me with a lot of problems (cleaned ducts, located and replaced kitchen exhaust fan I had searched for without success). On every service they do, Mike and his crew go above and beyond.
AHR is my go-to company for all of my HVAC needs and they even installed my water heater last year! I say trusted because they gave me the honest truth (now 3 years ago) that my unit at the time needed to be replaced soon, but that with a little TLC (which they provided) it would last me another 2 years, and it did! Another well-known company said it wouldn't last another two months and needed to be replaced right away, so I'm glad I called AHR to get a second opinion. A year ago, they installed a brand-new Trane unit which has far and away exceeded my expectations and saved me a ton of money on my electricity bill. I will also always come back to AHR because of great, friendly technicians like Josh who was just out for my annual spring inspection. While everything was good with the unit (as expected), he was also willing to help me with adjusting/calibrating my thermostat - turns out it was off by about 3 degrees relative to the rest of the house, and even offered to help with changing my air filter since he had his ladder there already.
AHRMechanical never fails to perform top-knotch service and being a member of the Cactus Club with regular check-ups insures that my heating/cooling system will perform as needed. Technician Asher Wood could not have been more professional, informative, and respectful when servcing my home.

Have used HR Mechanical for my heating and cooling needs. I just had my drier vent cleaned. This was an add on service that they worked with my schedule to take care of. The technician, Asher, arrived within the designated time window, was professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
AHR Mechanical has been servicing our home HVAC system for 2+ years. We have three units and whether we require annual maintenance or repair, they are always professional, good natured, and responsible. Nathan is part of their repair team and he's been to our house a few times. No matter the temperature outside he remains cool, calm, and friendly. We always know they have our best interest. As a repeat customer, I always feel like we get expedited and extra special treatment.
We had AHR come out and clean out years of dryer vent lint as new dryer was taking forever to dry laundry. Nathan was our technician and did a thorough job of clearing the line. He was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him without reservation.
I did not think companies like this existed anymore they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative.I highly recommend AHR! I they will be my HVAC go to company from here on out for further service. After going through 9 days of pure hell with my home warranty company trying to get a reputable HVAC company to fix my A/C in 115 degree weather, I finally had to go out on my own and find someone that could successfully do the job. A colleague recommended AHR and strongly encouraged me to call them. Even though they were out of my warranty company's network, out of desperation I placed the call. Chris, with AHR, arrived at my home within four hours of the initial call (which itself was nothing short of miraculous) and he was the definition of pure joy. His professionalism, knowledge, and calm demeanor lowered the temperature not only of my home, but of my stress level as well! An hour after Chris' arrival, he had the system up and running, had straight-forward conversations with me about the future issues my units could have, and a multitude of options available to me going forward. WHERE DID THIS AMAZING HUMAN COME FROM? From now on there is only one company I will EVER have come to my home for HVAC repair - AHR!

I have to add this to my review below: Christian just came out to do a check up on my air conditioner and work on my evap that would not power on. I could not be more pleased with his expertise. He found the issue with the evap, ordered the parts and setup a service date. During his visit I encountered a medical issue, he was extremely concerned, went above and beyond to help me and reported my issue to management. Shortly after Christian left, I get a call from AHR's owner to check on me, not my air conditioner, but me.... how great is that???! This only adds to the reasons that I totally recommend AHR; they are not only technical experts, they are really great, caring people. I love you guys! ******************************************* I found AHR Mechanical, almost 15 years ago, through a recommendation from Salt River Project when my old air conditioner finally died. I have been with AHR Mechanical ever since and would never think of using anyone else. I usually get the same technician that takes of my units. This is nice because they know the history of the units and the problems if any. I love their maintenance plan which includes bi-yearly checkups and discounts on repairs and services. I have 2 homes being serviced by AHR and they even take care of my evaporative cooler if it has problems. They are always on time, calling before they arrive. They never leave a mess and their technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. I have recommended AHR to many and will continue to recommend them. It is so nice to have the peace of mind, knowing that they have my air conditioners in perfect working order. Thank you, so much!

Facing the 'Summer of COVID' with an AC system that was almost 25 years old, I made the decision to seek replacement of my AC/Heating system. Although not the least expensive, AHR did indeed install an excellent system, and they worked with us to help my wife and me 'fine tune' the system to our individual needs. Although we have lived in Scottsdale for 16 years, this has been our first summer season here in Arizona. I must say that the efficiency of the new TRANE system has helped us keep energy costs at a reasonable level. We must also recognize that Mike Jegoda was very helpful and understanding as we worked to achieve our common goals of installation and fine-tuning the new system. THANK YOU.
We have been clients for 30 years. AHR does quality work and stands behind their products. We would not consider any other heating and cooling service. The service we had this week was HVAC maintenance. The tech arrived early wearing a mask and shoe covers. He completed the work in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Would rate the service a 5 on a 1-5 scale (5 being exceptional).
