I called this company on a Friday night. Needed a thermostat installed because the current one stopped working. Left a voicemail. Wasn’t expecting an answer since it was late. When I woke up, on Saturday I had a voicemail from Eddie. He was letting me know he could come in 30 minutes to do the installation. He was on time, was professional and respectful of my property. He was also able to finish the work well before I had to start work by 08:00 am. I would use this company if I need help with my A/C.

New Trane system installed December 2022. This was the first system check. Technician was on time, knowledgeable and polite.
Technician was on-time, professional and personable. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. He provided an analysis of the services he performed and the results of the maintenance. He was efficient and the fees were reasonable. There was an original part that needed to be replaced and he took the time to determine that it was still partially under warranty, so he replaced it at a much-reduced cost to me.
Accurate Air is professional, responsive and thorough. We have been customers for 11 years and have been happy with their service.

From the ease of making the appointment with the professional who I spoke to when I called and the previsit confirmation and advising that the technician was on his way made this an enjoyable experience. The technician was professionally and knowledgeable. Thankfully we didn't need to replace the unit, it needed a new part. Will definitely use them again. I was referred to Accurate by 2 of my friends.
