We were very impressed with the great customer service! Especially the "up to the appointment" msg reminder...Lupe, the service techician, arrived promptly as scheduled. He introduced himself and thoroughly explained what service/ maintenance he was going to perform. Upon completion, Lupe confirmed and again explained what he did. We highly recommend A/C Refrigeration!

Save your money. They want to be paid in cash and charge you by the hour. I paid to have my mini split 3 units finalized after the install. Only 2 were working and then wanted more money by the hour to get the 3rd one running. They were brand new units. And they didn't even mention the coupon they have on the website. Money hungry liars.

I’m gonna start this post by bragging about how amazing Mindy is! The customer service skills are through the roof and I wish that more people were as friendly and caring as she is when it comes to your AC maintenance. Mindy and her family have been taking care of her AC unit for over 15 years. Our system is 20 years old and is still running in great condition. I wouldn’t change A/C companies for the world and I give them my highest recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Technicians arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and performed expert service maintenance on my Goettel unit, removed a swamp cooler from the roof, and arranged for haul-off. No mess left behind. I highly recommend A/C and Refrigeration. And you will love working with Mindy who is also friendly and honest, with no up-selling pressure, and who really knows her stuff.

With the frequent storms we've experienced during monsoon season we had a few power outages causing my AC thermostat to malfunction. I called my good friend Mindy to simply ask a few questions & steer me in the right direction BUT she figured out the problem over the phone! Her expertise and knowledge is top grade! Thank you AC & Refrigeration for sending your tech out to replace my AC thermostat. Jose was also professional and pleasant. I highly recommend their services! 👍😎👌
They are the best period. They kept my 17 year old system running for three more years then replaced my entire system. Works great and looks great. I am now saving $250 a month on my power bill which is easily paying for itself. Sharp, clean, respectful techs. Don’t overthink it they are your guys.

A big thanks to the team at A/C&R for the installation of a new Trane Unit on our home. They sold us our last unit twenty years ago and were our first choice when it was time to replace it. They gave us a package price that included removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Mindy, Tony, and David did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during the process and met every commitment they made. We will continue to use them for regular maintenance for the new unit and hopefully will get 20 years out of this one as well. Thanks again!
I’m soooo happy with my new unit! We got a fair price and the guys installing it were so very professional and super friendly. Mindy is a sweetheart and pretty well held my hand over the phone and e-mail the whole way with me firing questions at her for everything feom quotes to the installation process and thermostat thoughts… great service and super professional outfit!
