Had an AC unit quit on me one night. The very next day, Emanuel was able to fit me into his schedule. Turned out to be a bad capacitor. I took time to have him check my second unit, I order to make sure there weren't any hidden issues. At no point did I feel pressured or upsold about anything; the whole process felt honest, and professional. Will definitely contact for further service calls

I had an excellent experience with Emanuel Cociorvan. He did an awesome job checking our 2 AC units for any issues and washed the coils in both units. They sound better now and are making less noise. Emmanuel is very knowledgeable about new systems and explained a lot about the different brands and systems that are out there for when my AC units do break down. Emmanuel is very nice and professional. I recommend his services.
Emanuel called to tell me time of arrival, was on time, went out of his Way to help me, explained everything and was very courteous even though he had to go on top a 2 story apartment. I would definitely use him again. Five star rating *****

I definitely recommend Emanuel with ER Heating & Air Conditioning. He came out to out home quickly when my A/C broke. Emanuel is very skilled, efficient, and provided excellent service. He was friendly, informative, and genuinely cared about us.
Emanuel did a huge job for us in Cave Creek, removing an old A/C system and installing a new one, and also evaluating two other A/C systems that a novice inspector said were defective. This guy is really knowledgeable about air conditioning, and explains everything he's doing in as much detail as you wish. He is very competent and a fast worker. The installation was professional and extremely neat; he took care to protect the stucco walls as he worked. He cleaned up well after working. He was polite, courteous, and friendly throughout the job, even though it was a very hot day. This is a young man trying to grow his own business, and my husband and I cannot say enough good things about him.

Called ER Heating and Air conditioning for a routine maintenance. He showed up on time and was very professional. Explained the whole process what maintenance entails. Was very through and washed the outdoor coil as well. Will definitely use them again thank you Emanuel
My fiancé and I were changing our garage to a livable space. Manny was able to install a mini split system for the space that suited are needs. Not only did he get the job done quick, he did it right. He also gave us some pointers on how to maintain our system to make it as energy efficient as possible. Thanks for helping our growing family.
