I called Bell Air-conditioning at 9:30pm last night, when my air-conditioner quit working. They were here by 10:00 pm, and found a bad run capacitor which they replaced. We were back up and running cool by 10:30 pm. That's what I call responsive. Brent performed the diagnosis and repair, and talked to me while he was doing the repair. Great guy to work with.
My air in my house was at 85 degrees on a late Saturday afternoon. I called this co at 430 and they were at my door fixing my air-conditioning and now house is cool. Very grateful customer.
We can't say enough good things! Our a/c broke down on the hottest day and they came quickly, gave us a portable unit temporarily and changed out the whole system the next day!! Everyone was professional, friendly , on time and cleaned their own mess! Even the scrap metal guys they work with that came to pick up the trash after were amazing! Highly recommend!! Armando, Manual, Luis were all fabulous at doing their jobs!
Although he managed to show up. Our commercial facility has 2 units and we had asked him to also take a look to see if anything would potentially need to be fixed soon. He replied with nope can't, call the office.
Steve is the man. He was super fast and got me back up and going. He found some other things that need to be corrected. He was not pushy but I spent a bit more money and I feel confident that I’m back up and going. Also their service agreement is great and I at least know that I will be serviced twice a year. Thanks again Steve
Our technician JJ Dominguez was very professional and helpful. He explained what the issue was and took care of it right away. Thankful for him to take the time out of his day to service our house! Thank you for your excellent customer service JJ!

Bell AC helps us out almost every year at the greasemonkey. We’re currently in the middle of a remodel. The ac guy that was contracted by the GC. “Did something “ and didn’t know how to get our AC up and running again. One call to bell and it was blowing ice cold In minutes. These guys are true professionals. Honest and trustworthy.
Makano was prompt and thorough with our A/C servicing and heating and cooling systems inspection. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and how things should work. He was extremely polite and professional. Based on our experience, we signed up for a multi-year service agreement.

I live 2 hrs away and manage my SIL and BIL who are disabled. At 6pm I got a call that their air conditioner had not been working all day. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Bell. They had a technician out within an hour and the house was cool by 7:45pm. I can’t express what a blessing this was! Their number is now in my phone for ALL future needs!!!
Bell Air was easy to deal with. Starting with a no pressure quote from Armando, to a timely professional install by Manuel and Luis. They showed up on time did a nice install and left the job site clean when done. Highly recommend.
Caleb was very nice, He introduced himself and we talked briefly. He is very knowledgeable and explained the work he was doing. He was kind enough to put my new filter in for me too! Donna Morell
Justin the service guy was really good good customer service I would like to have him every year to service our air conditioner this is the only company that I say that I could trust I've been out in Arizona since 2016 and always will I use Justin if he's at the same company I've been seeing Bell truck for the longest now I can say I'm very proud to use the company and thank you so much bill for having a service customer service like Justin Jerry and Patty

The technician, JJ, arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and made some recommendations on some additional air conditioning needs that I am in need of.
Thank you Bell A/C . Our A/C compressor decided that it was going to stop giving us cool air. After calling Bell A/C the receptionist was able to have a technician come out within 1 hr of my call. Derek was great he's very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be calling Bell Air for my services going forward.
We had a backed up overflow that shut off our air conditioner on a day that was 111 degrees. By the time it was noticed, it was getting pretty hot. Bell was referred to us by a neighbor who was happy with the services they'd received for years. We figured we'd give them a try and were pleased with the technician who had the issue troubleshooted in 10 minutes. Within 25 minutes I heard the air conditioner turn on and felt it cooling.
