My AC unit had stopped working around 10 PM on a hot evening. I started to panic being that I am a transplant and not used to this company's heat. I used AC of this contact form to leave an email message about my predicament. By 7:30 the next morning, I got a phone call and by 8:30, the techs was out to save the day!!! I was so incredibly impressed with the responsiveness and dedication to excellent customer service that this company has provided us. from the scheduler to the tech.
We used the ACA to put in a new furnace and AC up in my white mountain home. I would highly recommend them for their high-level expertise, communication and customer service.
