My AC wasn’t quite sounding right this AM so I called Jeremy at Ice Cold Air LLC and he was able to get someone here within 2 hours! 2nd time I’ve had to use them over the years and it’s been a positive experience both times. Highly recommend!
I received them as a recommendation from a friend of mine, and after calling around to a few different places they were the best price and had the quickest availability. They were punctual and quick, came by to ensure everything was installed correctly. The actual folks who installed were a little stand-offish but working with Jeremy was easy and he was very flexible.
Listen up folks! In a veritable SEA of "Me too!" HVAC companies in Arizona, the team from Ice Cold Air is by FAR the most trustworthy company I've encountered! During a recent heat wave, we had a problem with one of my a/c's that's only 3 years old. Ice Cold Air was booked day & night for three next few days, so I called & called around until Penguin Air could come out that same day. The tech, Nathan shows up, seemingly NOT in a very good mood. (Somewhat understandable, being that it was 166°, HUMID out, & he was likely being worked like an Ox.) I was on the phone & when I said "How's it going!" His response was "It's going". My wife said he was nice though. He did his testing & determined that my compressor was shot, that it had been overfilled when installed & was going to cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in labor alone to repair. (The parts were still under warranty.) I called & spoke with Jeremy at ICA, then proceeded to put him on the phone with the Penguin Air tech. The conversation newtween them was "entertaining" to say the least! Long story....still long, I decided to pay the $69 fee, & wait it out until Robert from Ice Cold Air came out. (We still had 1 operational unit, so we were ok.) Robert tested & diagnosed the problem to be precisely what Jeremy suspected & debated with the Penguin Air rep about. A short time & less than $300 (NOT the $3,000+ that Penguin Air wanted to fix a problem that WASN'T the problem.) we were chilling like Penguins! (Punn INTENDED!) Do I recommended Ice Cold Air? Abso-freakin-lutely!!! HONESTY, QUALITY & VALUE. Stop your shopping NOW. You WON'T be disappointed
These guys are awesome! They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were great at explaining what they were doing and just complete professionals! They will be my go to HVAC Techs when I refer to clients from now on
AC unit went out in July and Jeremy helped me replace it. This was the second time I had worked with Ice Cold Air. We ran into several issues on the manufacturers end, but Jeremy went to bat for us and made it right. We ended up with a high quality unit for less cost with a solid warranty, mostly because of what Jeremy was able to do on our behalf. I recommend Ice Cold Air to anyone who wants quality service at a reasonable price.
The guys here are responsive, honest and gave me the best price for a great unit. I've used them for a service call as well and they always do a great inspection and make sure everything is going as it should. Can not recommend enough.
This is a few years past due, but I want to make sure people choose Ice Cold Air. They have gone above and beyond what I would call good service. There was an issue almost exactly one year after installation and it had to do with a faulty part in a York AC Unit. They got York to come and inspect it and Ice Cold Air got the part replaced immediately (less than 24 hours). All this didn't cost me a dime. I'm on year number 2 of my York and I am very happy with it and yea, It's blowing Ice Cold Air.
Jeremy with Ice Cold Air was great. He was able to show up on time and fixed or Air Conditioning at a very reasonable price.
