WOW! Andres and his colleague helped me troubleshoot and install a board on an HVAC system in my house, and they were thorough in their inspection. These guys really care about their customers, and were honest in their assessment. Had them come out because another local firm quoted me $2500 for something that I ended up repairing for less than $500. I'll be using them again and again...

Our yard had an underground leak, and water was flowing out onto the walkway. He was able to come out the next day to inspect. By digging about in the mud, he discovered a large hole in the city storm drain system. They couldn't work on it because it was a city line. However, having Jose recognise the issue aided us in determining the next steps. They come highly recommended from me.
We couldn't figure out why our washing machine wasn't getting any water, but he discovered a small one-way valve that had been put incorrectly by previous owners. He was terrific, pleasant, and really intelligent. He discovered the issue, guided us through it and demonstrated what had occurred, then corrected it and patched everything up. These guys stick out to me because of their honesty and decency. Another estimate came in from a man who wanted to replace everything and get all the parts. He found out in less than 5 minutes which parts needed to be replaced and which we could simply reuse. He was also wearing a mask and was questioned if he should take off his shoes, among other things. These small details contributed to the overall ease of the process. I mean, you guys, I truly appreciated having someone fix my sink. Isn't that a lot to say?
They did an excellent job installing a new gas line for a fireplace. Excellent work, quick and efficient, and a job well done. I would recommend this company since they are really professional.
We needed to disconnect a gas pipe from an out-of-service fireplace. We had an associate from them to come out for a free quote, and we scheduled them for the job. We didn't check for a competitive quotation at the time because we wanted to get this done as soon as possible, but he asked if we did at the end to see where his service pricing fell overall. Everything was quick and easy, and he gave us some helpful hints along the process.
We hired them for two jobs, both of which were completed on schedule and professionally. (1) They cleared our clogged sewer line, which had given up on. (2) Replaced two ancient faucets for our clothes washer - it was a little of a hassle, as it always is in an old house, but Jose did an excellent job. I highly suggest them and will use them again in the future.
First and foremost. Thank you for getting back to me. I contacted five companies, and they all responded within 20 minutes and were reasonably priced for the work we needed done on our kitchen sink. My pipes were corded, including the p-trap, and needed to be replaced. He came in and examined the damage before offering me alternatives, costs, and suggestions.
