This Company has individuals working for them who drive dangerously and aggressively. I was driving down the road at the legal speed limit. A marked company vehicle drove way too close behind me. As they passed me they swerved into my lane and cut me off as they slammed on the brakes, the driver flipped me off multiple times as the company driver created dangerous driving conditions. I personally would never promote a company that employs such dangerous and aggressive individuals. How could you trust someone this aggressive and potentially dangerous in your house?
Great company. First time and real reasonable
As always, Maricopa Air overperformed expectations. Always prompt, efficient, competent and helpful. I have worked with them for almost 4 years and never had any issues, left undone or unfinished. Prompt!
I had another company out to fix my freezer about 4 times. They kept telling me I had a fitting that kept coming loose. Finally I had Maricopa AC come and voila I have no more problems. I appreciate their ability to find the problem and fix it!
Steve came over on a Sunday to verify that we need a new unit. We were about to spend $8,000 on a new unit based on another company telling us our was no good. He saved us based on his honesty and integrity. He did not charge us a dime for his visit. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone. Helps to deal with the owner instead of some young sales kid just out of school. Thanks Steve
This company claims to be a do it all kind of company for cooling and heating units. After five days of trying to fix our ac unit, Maricopa Air not only replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced, but I was charged over 400 dollars for them as well. Even with 30 years of ac experience that the owner and his tech claim to have they were unable to complete repairs to a residential a/c unit. The owner does not return calls and knowingly sent out a tech who was not knowledgeable of repair in this field. The owner does not take the time needed to diagnose the problem. You are made to feel like you are not a priority on his list. Finally, he allows his technicians to just walk into your house without ringing bell or knocking on the door, or notifying you of his arrival. I found his tech standing in my hallway. This company is not what they say they are. They are installers not repair people. I would say to definitely to consider someone else if this is what your needs are. ·
