Klein Heating and cooling technician arrived on time and installed our new water heater quickly and efficiently. When he was finished he took the time to explain what he had done and answer any questions.
Unfortunately... the entire toilet had to be removed. It was due to something going into the toilet that shouldn't have. Klein Heating and cooling plumber arrived within an hour and worked very hard and communicated everything and showed me exactly where it was clogged, and confirmed that it was more that I could have fixed on my own. He was very knowledgeable, I will be hiring him again when I am organized with some new fixtures to update some tired & teeny tiny toilets.
Super professional and high quality work. They came and fixed my toilet a few months back. When the toilet still wasn't working quite right, they quickly returned and fixed it for free. They were responsive and scheduled an appointment very quickly. I'd absolutely hire Klein Heating and cooling again.
I would like to start out by saying there are a lot of shady ac companies out there!! I feel that Klein Heating and cooling is an honest company and runs his business very professional! He was very courteous, fixed my ac, and completed the work in a timely and neat manner. I will definitely call Klein Heating and cooling when having an AC issue! I highly recommend!
Klein Heating and cooling technician was very professional & helpful. I needed a toilet and kitchen faucet replaced and he did the job in no time. He asked great questions when quoting the job so there were no surprises. He was detailed and took great care in everything he was doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He is a gem! 100% would recommend.
From the phone to completing install of new water heater was 3 hours. Unbelievable service. Followed all appropriate Covid protocols. Tremendous service and could not recommend high enough!
The repairmen came quickly and proceeded to repair and unclog my bathroom sink drain. They replaced a portion of the pipe where it was leaking and cleaned up when they were done. I've used Klein Heating and cooling before and will use them if needed in the future.
Klein Heating and cooling owner answered my call when no one else would on a busy Friday morning. We agreed for him to come Saturday morning at 9:00am and he showed up 10 minutes early dressed professionally and ready to get the job done. It ended up being a bit more work than we thought but he was able to knock it out with ease. He was so good I recommended him to my In-Laws and they were extremely pleased as well. His number is now saved in my phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Klein Heating and cooling technician was awesome! On time, clear description of work to be done, completed the water heater install within his time estimate, and left the garage the way he found it with the exception it now had a new water heater!

I have been using Klein Heating and cooling for a number of years and have been very satisfied with their service. This week their technician unit that had shut off without warning. He discovered a wire that was shorting out in the fuse box and showed me the burn marks. If he hadn’t discovered this, we might have been in danger of a house fire.
I have used Klein Heating and cooling numerous times in the last year, both at home and at our rental property. Every time we’ve had to call (most has been after-hours calls) everyone has been very prompt, friendly, and helpful.
I was not happy with my current Air-Conditioning company and decided to find a new one. There are a vast amount out there but I liked the look and feel of Klein Heating and cooling so opted for them and I'm very pleased I did. They're polite, turn up on time and do an excellent job at competitive prices. They've been here on three occasions now and I have no complaints with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable AC company.
Plumbers from Klein Heating and cooling were efficient professional and very helpful. A protective mat was used on the floors and everything was left very clean. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
Needed some pipes re-fitted in the bathroom. Klein Heating and cooling had Joe on the job within 24 hours. Everything done smoothly, efficiently and tidily. Not the first time we've had Klein Heating and cooling in and it certainly won't be the last. Very happy with the work they do and the people they employ.
Can’t thank this group enough. The plumber they sent was extremely kind and quick to respond and schedule someone to come take a look at my heat pump. He was super pleasant and was able to sort out what work needed to be done. Would be more than happy to call Klein Heating and cooling if I need their services again!
We find the office staff very helpful and the reminder emails as a service call approaches helps keep us organized. The service technicians are friendly and professional. They get the job done! We've been pleased that we decided to use Klein Heating and cooling when we were needing a new heat/air unit. We also appreciate the periodic service checkups to keep our unit running efficiently.
Air went out on Sunday night and Klein Heating and cooling technician came out on Monday. He quickly determined the problem, got it fixed, checked all gas levels and got everything all cleaned up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you!
AC stopped working in the early morning hours. Called Klein Heating and cooling based on reviews and I was very impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. I was given a two hour window that was reasonable and met my needs. Soon before the appointment window I was notified that technician is coming and he arrived within 3 minutes of the scheduled start time! He was VERY knowledgeable, professional and quickly determined a wiring problem from prior maintenance another company had performed was the cause of the issue. He provided me with additional maintenance options for my consideration but never pressured me to purchase now. I WILL use them again and recommend to family and friends!
Great experience! Had an issue with our thermostat (Google Nest) that caused our AC to shut down. Klein Heating and cooling technician arrived within two hours of our service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged to get the replacement part the next morning. He arrived early and worked through the heat of the house to get the AC up and running! Very happy with the rates and quick & professional service. Highly recommend this company.
