Been taking my car here for over a year and it’s the same consistent 5 star service every single time. These guys do it all and in a timely fashion. You’ll never find me at the dealership that’s for sure.
I just moved to the area and had a very broken car. I took my car to a different shop first and they gave me an outrageous quote a week later. I took my car to Greulich’s for a second opinion and they completed the quote in 30 minutes and also showed me what exactly needed to be fixed/replaced and what could wait, and it was 1/3 of the price of the first place. I brought it back to get it fixed and it was finished the next day and they even gave me a little bit of a deal! Everyone was so nice and I had my car back in 24 hours! I’ll definitely be going back in the future!
These guys were very professional yet personal, friendly, very willing to share their knowledge and opinions of the vehicle I was considering buying. Ultimately, their candid remarks helped me to decide this particular vehicle was not for me. Probably saved me from a bad decision! Thanks!
I brought my car in because my AC was running warm, especially on one side. Greulich’s got me in immediately. They gave me an estimate and had an idea what was wrong. They were right, a lb low on Freon. Glenn even added a coupon he had to lower the price. My car was ready the same day. Now my air is running really really cold. Feels great getting in my car after hiking in 100° heat. Thank you Greulich’s!!!
No complaints, did a free alignment check and set proper expectations on likelihood of needing work and approximate cost. They were true to all deadlines and prices. Definitely will be back again!
Had multiple issues that needed to be done, and during the holiday season. Glenn was super to work with. Kept me fully advised and answered all questions very timely. Highly recommend!
The folks at this company seem quite competent. The brake service was comparatively less expensive here.
People at desk very friendly. Liked the text and email explanations and follow up on the next day with your estimate and my at once approval. After that the communication seemed lacking as to when completion might be achieved. The two day estimate of repair completion turned into four. I would have liked to know in a more updates in a timely daily mid day manner as I had to make several last minute transportation preparations for the next day as it was always the end of the day when I would initiate a call and then was told the shop was not able to finish the job. The job did get finished and met with my approval. I spent $2,900 for repairs and an oil change for which I had a $75.00 "repairs coupon" which you did accept, however I think a little greed on your part for not accepting an additional coupon for the oil change which was to be $49 but ended up to be $60 and told only one coupon at a time could be used. It's not the money it is just something I would not do in my business to a new customer.
Glenn and I believe his name was Miguel sitting next to him… Anyway, these guys fit me in and got my car done so quickly! Wonderful experience. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back.
