Collins Commercial is a Quality, professional, and courteous company. Diego installed 3 sinks in my bathrooms, and was an absolute pleasure! He was so helpful explaining every detail, wanted me to see everything he was doing, was quick and very professional!

Faucet repair lasted 3 months then problem returned. Repaired plastic water line to refrigerator buy continued to leak. Had to return several times but continued to use "quick fix" approach. The whole line should have been replaced. It eventually burst while we were out and flooded kitchen and other parts of house. Damage was over $50k. Quick fix is not always best.
Eric B. arrived at our home as scheduled and on time to repair a number of plumbing issues. He was very professional as he asked questions, performed an inspection and then proceeded to make the repairs efficiently and left no debris behind. Eric exceed our expectations and we highly recommend Eric and Collins Commercial Services.
Eric Bruzellius was fantastic. if possible Collins should clone him he was that good. above and beyond any service call i have ever experienced.
Responsive customer service explained a possible fix for the problem i had over the phone before even coming out to see the unit. Had them come out anyway as i wanted to replace the part and the technician was knowledgeable, on time, and kept me in the loop with all repairs since i was out of state.
Brian Heavlin arrived on time, replaced water supply lines to my washer very quickly, which was important to me as the water to the house had to be turned off. Very professional and personable. Thank you.
I will definitely use again. My dealings w/ Brian Heavlin were very productive as my project was no "walk in the park." I had what appeared to be an easy fix until my gas line connecting to my fire pit posed extenuating problems. Brian looked at all contingencies and one of his options worked. Spent hundreds when it could of cost me thousands. They stayed until the job was finished and up to my specs. I will call Collins Commerical Services for future concerns b/c they "talk the talk and walk the walk."
Had the furnace serviced. Serviceman did work on the furnace on the roof. However, he refused to check the thermostat. Said if the furnace was coming on, thermostat was ok. When I had my furnace serviced by other companies, they always checked the thermostat. One reason we wanted the furnace serviced was because it was reluctant to start up at the beginning of fall. He also didn't even ask or look at the filter. So, service was probably adequate, but I wouldn't consider it complete. Probably not use this company again.
Collins Commercial Services significantly exceeded my expectation! I first met Brian near the Plumber Supply store in Chandler and he took a look at my photos and told how to do this job, gave some other advices. Next morning, I called the office and invited Brian to do the job and the appointment was scheduled. The scheduling process took just a few minutes. Brian came as expected and fixed the broken, disconnected pipe very quickly and professionally. There was a serious complication because it was a sewer line going from the kitchen into the concrete base of the house and some extra work was required to get access to this pipe. Brian had all required tools and was able to fix everything as promised. I will recommend him to all my friends and family members and will definitely invite Brian if I have any issues in the future. The company is a very pleasant surprise! Thank You for the great job!
Chris did a great job but what really stood out was that the repair order was wrong and he discovered it a couple of days later and came back out on his own time on a Sunday and replaced the supply lines with the correct stainless ones. Great integrity!!
Collins performed our semi-annual air conditioning check up. They were here on time, very kind and considerate. The technician checked the system for winter heating. Explained how it was operating and what other services we may want to include at a future time. Collins performed all services as expected.
Extremely pleased. It was our annual heater check up. The technician was on time, professional and thorough. He explained things clearly and left us understanding more about our system. It was a seamless experience.
Gerardo A. Was dispatched to take a look at my water heater and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to go find the necessary parts and fix the issue extremely quick. The day prior I had another company come and look at the tank, but they didnt even want to touch it as they said it was too old and was not worth it to service and recommended I get a new one. Gerardo however explained exactly what the water heater needed and took care of it!!! I am very happy with the service and thankful for Gerardo for restoring my hot water the same day!

They performed our annual maintenance on our heating system. The exceptional service was due to the technician’s ability to explain a particularly persistent problem we have been having that no previous service could diagnose. He also told us how to deal with it and if that stops working what to do next!
