Was looking for a mini split installation for my garage and Troy came out to give me a quote. He was on time and did a thorough breakdown of my options, answered all my questions, and got the quotes to me in a timely manner. He also consistently followed up and answered more questions that came up after the appointment. On the day of the install, Phil and Corey showed up on time and did a great job with the installation. They kept me updated about the progress and any issues they were working through and then did a full walk-through at the end. They cleaned up the work area and everything was done in a professional manner. Highly recommend ACA for mini split installs
The rental that my husband and I are leasing recently needed an AC inspection to troubleshoot our cooling issues. The property managers sent Chris from Air Conditioning of Arizona to inspect the unit. He arrived on time, was personable, and careful (always wore foot coverings when inside of our place). He informed us of the issues that he identified, and then he went out of his way to grab his ladder and help us close vents that were out of our reach so that we could force more air flow to the rooms in most need. We know more work will need to be done, but we were very satisfied with this first visit from Chris.
Chris was amazing. Quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts to fix our unit and get our house cooling before the excessive heat warning kicked in!
Best experience ever! As educators, we feel very fortunate that we were able to find ACA in the middle of June, when we were all home for the summer and our air conditioning went out one year ago! They made replacing our air conditioning system seamless, and timely! And, not only that we got a quality Trane at a reasonable rate in comparison to the other companies, we got bids from! A year later, they called us to schedule our maintenance and Aiden called about 20 minutes before he arrived, and was prompt and friendly! I have already referred them to a couple of people because they were so awesome!
Air conditioning went out on a Saturday. Ja came by within an hour and fixed it. He was extremely professional. I’ve used ACA for years and they always do great work.

Just installed a new AC unit and furnace system with ACA. Professional and friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend them for service or anything hvac related. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and great service.

AIDEN arrived timely and handled the maintenance of my system with a very thorough explanation of what was needed. The entire visit took less than an hour and my system is back up to par! I have used this company for many years and highly recommend them! ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Update: the business owner contacted me and walked me through the quoted services. He explained to me what each quoted services is and why they have to charge what the charge (eg insurance, travel, business expenses etc.). He assured me that his techs do not work off of commission and that he and his company try to due right by their customers. He also explained that the services quoted are recommendations but not necessarily services that have to be done. Adding a star to the original review. I wanted to leave a review since they tip their techs when someone leaves them a review. We had our annual maintenance on our AC unit. I heard good things about this company and they were having a new customer deal. When the tech showed I found out that the original rate was just a checkup but did not include any preventives or maintenance. So if I wanted it serviced I would need to pay the $225 rate (which also includes a checkup in the fall). I figured I better pay the higher rate because what good is a checkup without the preventive care. I felt blindsided by this and I'm not sure what ended up being different aside from the cost. Once the Tech finished up he told me all the things I "needed" done. I asked for a quote and received a $3400 quote. I know a little about the services on their quote and did a quick search and saw the services are way over priced and were definitely not "needs". I'm sure they do a great job but if you are looking to save money and not get overcharged or have services done that you may not actually need try a different company. Maybe their techs get paid based on a commission and that's why I was getting sold to, not sure. I'll try one more time in the fall since I bought the $220 package.

Experience overall has been great. Has my entrie hvac system replaced. Weston did the follow up and was professional.
Aiden came for the A/C system maintenance and performed the work quickly and thoroughly. Very satisfied with work performed. Aiden offered insight to the condition of system in a comprehensive manner.
From the very beginning meeting with Troy (getting the estimate), peppering him with thousands of questions…just super impressed with ACA and their responsiveness. Scheduling installation was a breeze too. Installation was pain free and easy and both installers (Corey and Phil) were courtesy, friendly and did a fantastic job…and left the job site spotless. Buying a new HVAC is never fun, but working with ACA was a pain free and easy experience. Highly recommend working with them.
Aiden and Ja were very professional, efficient and polite as well answering all questions and concerns. Ask for them by name as I will in the future.
