Garrett was very polite, fixed the problem, and cleaned up!
Our water heater conked out unexpectedly and leaked onto the floor in two rooms. I called a friend who had used 1-800-Plumber + Air to find out if he was happy with their work. He told me that they were great and very responsive. Within 30 minutes of calling I received a call back and within the next 20 minutes Garrett showed up. Honestly I was surprised to see someone so soon. He came in and had a new water heater replaced within a couple of hours. Garrett was wonderful, knew what he was doing and got it done! He is a very hard worker and an asset to the company. We had him come back out the following day to fix some of the shut off valves under the sink as they had corroded. So happy my friend recommended this company and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.
My handyman told me my shutoff valve needed to be replace and quoted me a very high price. Plumber came the next day for a free estimate and told me it wasn't broken. I really appreciate their honesty and responsiveness

Our attempt at a morning shower revealed that our water heater wasn't working. After repeated breaker tripping we contacted 1-800-Plumber and spoke with Joleigh. Within a short period of time we were contacted by Rod and he explained that he wouldn't be able to get to us until this afternoon. Rod and Garrett showed up by 4:30 and had a new hot water heater installed and working by 8pm. Thank you for your excellent service! I hope to not have any future problems but I know who to call. Highly recommended. So grateful to take a hot shower!

This company is very prompt, efficient, and they get the job done! Their scheduling receptionist is also very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! The first time I used them was to install a new toilet which I had purchased. Since that installation, no issues with the new toilet. The second time, I called 1-800 Plumber & Air of Scottsdale was immediately after a small piece of plastic was accidentally flushed down one of my toilets causing a water blockage. This occurred right before a major holiday, Thanksgiving, when it is super hard to find a plumber to come out. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to get on the schedule. The same dynamic plumber dual, a father and son team, arrived the next day. Problem solved and plastic out! I also had them repair a leaky knob on a sink faucet. Kudos to you Rodney and Garrett!!
They were wonderful! Michael bought the parts necessary for the repair and quickly fixed the leaky faucet. I also appreciated that he cleaned up before he left my home! I would definitely call them again. Thank you!

They have amazing customer service. They were very kind to come same day to replace my disposal, replaced an outside spigot, adjusted hot water heater. I'll have them do HVAC tune up next.

Once I called them, they were on site within 2 hours. After reviewing the “plumbers nightmare” that was under the sink, they redesigned, replaced and repaired all. They were in and out quickly and all works perfectly. AND the yucky waste smell is gone! Thank you Rodney and son!
I received a text telling me who was coming and when he would arrive. The technician quickly replaced the capacitor on my a/c unit. I got 4 price quotes and this company was the best price. I will definitely call them again. I found them online using Angi.
