I've had some business with Northern previously and was always very happy with their work. Today they came out to replace and install a new system and I'm very happy with what was done. I gathered bids and was thrilled that "my guy" came up with the best quote. Scott and Jordan were on time and very knowledgeable. They were conscientious with my dogs and made sure gate and security door were kept closed. 100% recommend Northern. Fresh add: I am now just over 10 days in on the new a/c. Have been saving $3-5 every day, sometimes more, over what my daily use was before. That is going to be a HUGE savings for me! Couldn't be happier. 2023 update: little past due for maintenance, but they worked with my schedule and got me in on the one day I had available. On time, courteous as always. So nice to have continued business with this company.

One very cold evening my heating unit stopped working. The next morning I went out and checked on it and realized it was totally frozen. I contacted one of the big AC contractors who came out took one glance and just said replace it. I contacted Northern Air mechanical and spoke to Tiffany. She explained what may have happened but we scheduled a service person to come out. They looked at the unit and did a very thorough diagnosis showing me exactly what had gone wrong. There were two problems with the unit. The unit was old but it was repairable. After explaining the options, Jason the serviceman suggested I replace the unit. Because of the units age and the repairs that were needed. I shopped the quote with another company and decided to go with Northern Air mechanical because they showed up on time, were fast, clean, explained everything to me and the pricing was very competitive. They made me feel like I was actually a valued customer and not just someone they could dump a unit on to make a few bucks and go away. I would highly recommend their services and products.
They are tricky. I paid a lot of money to them for 2 new systems for rental homes at the same time and was told by Jason that both were complete systems. The costs for each system was the same and when one of the systems failed a year later, I was then told that that one wasn't a complete system. I took them to court, and lost because of the way they wrote up the contract. Buyer beware!
Super happy with the quick response and emergency service repairs provided. We had no heat in our medical office Monday morning and by 8:00a.m. I had a call back from the owner, Jason to see how he could help. Jason and his team of experts at Norther Air Mechanical Services saved the day! They quickly responded and sent technician Scott out to diagnose the issue and repair our heater and before long we were able to make our office warm enough for patients and visitors. They were also able to fix our wifi thermostat the RIGHT WAY....we had previously paid another commercial HVAC biz to install new wifi thermostats 6 months ago and we thought all was well...until we needed to switch to heat. Only then did we find that our "professionally installed" thermostats would not work for heat and were not installed/programmed correctly for our commercial HVAC equipment. Luckily, Scott knew what to do to get our wifi thermostats programed to correctly operate the specific equipment we have. It is refreshing to have competent, professional HVAC technicians who know how to solve problems and actually fix things the RIGHT WAY the 1st TIME around! Thank you Jason, Scott & the rest of the team for getting us comfortable and all fixed up the RIGHT WAY! I highly recommend Northern Air.

Excellent service when I called to replace my hvac unit. Competitively priced and were very efficient. I did also called for a check on the unit two years later to make sure it was working well and to have cleaned. Recommend them.
We have used Jason for 3+ years. Recently we had a home sale requiring his expertise to evaluate the home's system. They were very fast, very thorough and detailed in their analysis and report (incl pictures & video).
Jason and Tiffany and all of their crew have been excellent to deal with every time we have needed service. The response time was prompt and the service was top notch. I plan to recommend them to everyone I know.
Awesome family owned business, honest and fair! I had one company quote me 1k for a deep cleaning they said was essential or my whole system would break. Called northern air for a second opinion and yearly maintenance and they said my system looked perfect. Loyal customer for life!
Scott and Jordan are the best! They have been servicing our restaurant for years and our home and just installed a new AC unit there! You guys are rockstars and always prompt, honest and reliable.
Jason and his team did an excellent job cleaning our existing ductwork, running new ductwork in our additional rooms, and installing a thermostat for the new HVAC unit. They even got rid of an old water heater and everything that went with it, giving us some additional storage space! If you're looking for the best value and quality, give them a call. Aaron arrived on time with a smile and diagnosed the issue successfully while another company tried to sell me new parts at GREAT expense that wouldn’t have cured the problem. Don’t waste your time and money, call Northern Mechanical and ‘get it done’ right the first time. Thanks Aaron.
The 3 people that did our installation were very polite and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Good price! We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
They charged 250.00 to look at cold station charged $55.00 for service call and $8/ for diagnostic and clean coils $110 00 and didnt even fix it and no breaks we have always used them i will be takeing this matter up R.O.C board the 55.00 serivce charged should have been put towards the work not in addition to diagnostic charge i will be contacting the R.O.C board monday will not use them again
Northern Air is a great company, everybody from the front office to the technician were terrific! They were efficient and friendly and fixed my unit to working condition, and now I have nice cold air, and in Arizona this time of year you really need it! Before they fixed it, it was so hot I couldn't even stay in my house, thanks again guys I will be highly recommending your company. From 1 to 10, they're definitely a 10!

Northern Air is GREAT, Travis serviced our air conditioner he was nice, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and just great all the way around. Cost was great, no over charging. I will not use any other company but Northern Air. Thank you Travis and Tiffany.
Overall my experience with Jason and Scott is awesome!! Please use them for your AC needs, they will take exceptional care of you. I had Northern Air install a new AC unit for me a month ago. Everything is still working fantastically. Scott came out to look at my existing system and take notes, Jason sent me the quote. Both of them were extremely professional and nice and answered my 1000 questions without hesitation. They both knew their stuff. I had 3 companies offer me quotes and ultimately decided on Northern Air because their customer service was beyond the other 2 and quality of the equipment to price. They also offered a 0% financing option if I needed. So I scheduled the install. On the day of the install, two of them came out, Scott and his apprentice, again both very professional and knowledgeable. I was prepared for a whole day of workers in my house and no AC in the meantime, thankfully it was early May, not mid-July. They started around 8am and finished up around 3pm. They tested the system, there was one little tweak that needed done, they didn't leave until everything was working satisfactory. They cleaned up their work area entirely, wiped down all surface areas, cleaned the floor where they worked and kept their equipment. It's like they weren't even there. Before he left Jason answered any additional questions I had and showed me how to use the new Wifi T-Stat. Which, by the way, I highly recommend and has a rebate from APS. I will of course have them back for any maintenance needed and would recommend them for new equipment. I cannot comment on their repair skills because I did not utilize that, but I'm sure they know their stuff in that area as well.
